Since Rhule brought in Macadoo and decided to listen to him, its on him, win or lose.

I want to thank Matt. I want to compliment him, thank him for the real progress towards winning this season. I want to compliment him on assembling a new staff that brings a lot more experience than we had with the old staff including two former head coaches, Coach Wilkes who's going to be in the DB room, Coach Macadoo, offensive coordinator, Campen was a great hire as offensive line, and Pasqualoni on the defensive line and Tabor our special teams coordinator. I think you know all great hires...a wealth of experience... excited about them. I think that just has to be recognized hasn't been recognized as enough in you know in the press out there. It has to do with separation. If you value all the QBs about the same, then you don't care which one you get, and you wait until nearly the last one is taken. QB needy NFL teams didn't see much difference between the QB's. So the QB needy teams waited until more of the QB's were taken. We didn't spring into action because we valued Corral as a 3rd rounder, we sprung into action because the Titans traded up to Willis.

Had we kept Perryman, we would have looked better on run D. Carter got blocked routinely, and it is Burn's weakness. We still don't have the personnel to address the run. Teams are going to run on us all day long, particularly left.

You're right. Their back ups for Henry were FAR superior to ours. One of them now plays for us. We also had a worse OL that was more injury prone than theirs. So we were playing backups to bad OL, while they mostly played their starters on the line all season.

Unless injuries take out CMC, our OL and secondary again, we are not going to have a top 3 pick next year. Rhule may get fired, but it isn't going to happen this season, Tepper has pretty much said so. In fact, he thanked Rhule in his predraft presser for the coaches and players acquired in the off-season. Sam sucks, but he is going to look better this year with the revamped OL, CMC returning, Foreman, and Macadoo. We have the 14th hardest SOS this year. We had the 23rd hardest SOS last year. We have 6 games against playoff teams this year. We had 5 games against playoff teams last year. We will play 2 games against a SB participant this year. We played 2 games against a SB participant last year. Vegas has us at 5.5 wins this year. Vegas had us at 7.5 wins last year. If injuries kill our OL, CMC and secondary again this year, expect a repeat performance, regardless of who is at QB.
