If it came down to Ward or Sanders I would take Ward. I think Ward has the mechanics and accuracy to make it. He needs to work on touch and anticipation to be successful in the nfl. That's if he has the mindset and dedication it will take to be successful.

I agree but to me the fact that he is out there today with no high dollar insurance policy, to finish what he started says a lot about his character.  He is him!

50% completion rate under pressure will not cut it in the nfl. I've said that none of the qbs in this draft are impressive and that I would not draft any of them high myself. But teams are desperate and will start these guys before they are ready, if they ever will be.

As I said best QB in college football this year and it’s not close, I agree with you to a certain extent, if Cam Ward is there when we draft it would be hard for me, personally, to pass on him but I would not try to move up and take any of the QB’s in this years draft.

I don't actively root for players to fail. I don't get off by seeing players fail. If it was up to me all players would be successful.

But I get hating fuels some people. Keep hating bruh it's your life.

Not hating bro, NFL history says .75 of the two you mentioned makes it.  It’s not rocket science, over half of all NFL draft picks ever pan out.

just wanted to give you and example here and this is my opinion.  Marvin Harrison Jr was a slam dunk, can’t miss, must draft prospect.  He has looked pedestrian all year.  Coker looks as good as he does with a Bryce freaking Young throwing to him

So Deion has fooled people so much so that 2 of his players are going to be top 3 NFL picks?

I find that hard to believe. If true Deion has more power then I ever thought. He basically got power in College and NFL. Damn he really that dude.

1 of them will do just fine, the other not so much.  I’ll let you pick which one.  And I didn't say that at all, I said NFL people are fooled all the time.

You can fool college people, but you can't fool NFL people. Their talent speaks for itself you don't need Prime to promote anything.

Cam are you “clean living” again?  You do realize that more than half NFL draft picks never pan out.  Just look at us.  NFL people are fooled ALL THE TIME

I dont watch college football at all but I get into the draft reading all the scouting reports... I dont feel comfortable with Hunter..

    1. I feel like its a luxury pick.
    2. We have tried and failed with gimmicky players before. Im not saying they dont work but taking that type of player as high as he is supposed to go seems too rich for this team.

Honestly I think we should trade down, get a #1 pick next year. We have so many needs on defense we need a lot of bodies there. Trade down, set us up for next year and get bodies to compete.

Hunter is a good player, not the best at any one thing but good at a few.  To me drafting him in the top 5 is to high but I don’t think you can really consider him a gimmick player.  I have no doubt that in the right system he will excel in the NFL simply because he can play different positions but will probably never be the best at any of them.

  7. He was not good yesterday but he also got zero help.  Yesterday was the worst I’ve seen the online play, as a whole, this year, pressure was coming from everywhere.  I haven’t seen the count yet but it feels like they blitz on every down.

There is a better chance we're in the 5th slot at the end of the day than the 3rd

Patriots are down 10-0 already, once they lose, we fall to 4th.

We're also now currently tied with the Jags on SOS.  I'm not about to do the research to figure out who has to win/lose the rest of the day (and tomorrow) to change each team's SOS, but I'm sure there are scenarios where our SOS becomes tougher than the Jags before this weekend is over and we then fall to 5th at the moment.

Vegas is going to win another game I believe, I’m not sure we will.  Giants have number 1 on lock I think

Jeanty also outperformed the last couple Heisman RBs.  Hunter was not close to those who won it before him at those spots.   Hunter got it for being really good at 2 spots over someone great at one who also carried his team to the CFP and a conference title via that greatness

it’s like giving the NFL MVP to some unicorn watching the NFL playoffs from his couch.

Fan vote clearly got it right.  Heisman voters leaned toward popularity in the end IMO

This is exactly why I navigate more towards the pro game.  While I love college football it really boils down to a bunch of people’s opinions for the most important decisions.  And human nature says we are all bias.

I’ve literally been begging and wishing for years for someone else to be relevant in the ACC boss.  As along as Clemson is in the ACC, I want other good teams.

but I’m still going to side with Brady, Gronk and what 90% of UNC fans would have said about this move before it actually happened.

Don’t worry, Duke is on the come up

Next year, the power 5 agreed on a NIL deal of 20.5 million per school.

It’s 20.5 million per school from the school.  Schools are allowed to pay players now and that is the cap from the school itself.  This excludes and 3rd party’s pacs…like politics.  Unless I’m understanding it wrong

they need a real salary cap or this is just really ugly really quick with NIL.  I hate to say it but todays college football needs to be run like the NFL to put teams on a even playing field when it comes to money

Freshman kicker already trying to reach Renfrow status amongst fans.   The wink lol.

If Phil Mafah can get functional and that's a big if...Clemson going to be a tough out.  Say what you will about Dabo, he is one of the few coaches in this thing that we know can get his team ready for this moment and Dabo has a knack for having all his team playing their best ball at the end.

Clemson ain't the worst team in this playoff despite the 12 seeding.  Same SEC homers that would pimp Gamecocks as the hottest team in college football and they could make some noise if they got in.....are the same types that would dismiss Clemson from having a punchers chance in a game.  Yet the are the exact same tier teams.

I think Clemson has a good chance of beating Texas this year, they don’t have an impressive resume and Dabo has been here before.  I also think that the winner of this game and the Penn st / SMU game will probably be in the semi finals.

Now that they are done... back to Dallas

Dallas Run game has been improved last 3 weeks, with us being another chance for them to stack 1 more good rushing game.

    Rico Dowdle Last 3 games

    Car     Rush yds     YPC

    18          131            7.3

    22          112           5.1

    19           86            4.5

They stopped trying to force feed Zek hoping for some former glory.  Their oline has actually been opening some nice running lanes.  Luckily, the passing game for them has been off, way off, so we might get away with stacking the box a little

    Ok bro you got it.

    ACC>SEC

Just don't say that to anyone who knows football. That's ridiculously funny.

What’s really funny is saying Vandy would win the ACC, take it from someone that knows, sometimes it’s best just not to post anything when drunk / high
