  1. Thats a good question and probably why DJ got benched.
  2. Read that it was because he has prior knowledge of the offense
  3. He saw Dion in the building. I do not feel bad for him or his program after what they did last year, that single handily brought in a culture of “I don’t care” and they have played like it.
  4. So you’re saying instead of the tush push we do midget toss?
  5. I like Landon a lot, I believe he is going to be a beast at the next level and can, more than likely, get him in later rounds.
  6. Evero, nor his defensive scheme, is the problem
  7. He would definitely be great at that but Deion loves kids, loves to coach and mentor them. I’ve always felt like he was working his way back to FL State since he got into coaching. With his name and the FL State brand, he could build a powerhouse there for years to come. But again, I certainly can’t disagree with what you’re saying
  8. He’s going to FL State, that’s my bet anyway
  9. I think he knows 126 yards isn’t beating the Chiefs
  10. They wouldn’t have, I’m sure there are a lot of schools, like APP and Coastal, wondering how they are going to keep up. Something has to be done with NIL or it’s going to come down to a handful of teams ever year that even entertaining
  11. If this is true then we are back to having a pick in all rounds. Good job Dan!
  12. I don't think people are understanding what really happened with the Johnson trade. I highly doubt he would have seen another snap on this team after his comments, they weren't trying to get anything out of him, they were trying to get rid of him. All things considered, Dan did good on that as well, got him out of the locker room ASAP and got something for him.
  13. If you lose to a Bryce Young lead team you need to be fired
  14. Oh we will. We don’t play the Saints again so 2 wins seems about it
  15. He will face a pretty tough D today, Duke is actually ranked top 10 in the country on a few Defensive categories and should have beat SMU last week. It’s not what most think about when they mention higher tier opponents but don’t underestimate that defense. Let’s see how he does!
  16. This is what I’ve been saying as well, I like T-Mac…ALLOT! The problem is a WR is nothing if he can’t get the ball in his hands to make plays. T-Mac and /or Hunter would be a waste on this team right now. We either have to take another swing at a QB or we have to go D
  17. Besides T-Mac, and I'm not sure we need more WR's, who wouldn't be over drafted at number 1? I don't see anyone that stands out as "Absolutely must take this player" unless you are in dire need of a WR. So, with that, someone has to be taken 1st and if we get that opportunity, then we may as well take the BPA at a position of need...QB!
  18. I get what you are saying, again I was on the trade back team but...if you look at his body of work throughout his collegiate career you will find a true example of hard work, dedication and development! For those that don't know, he wasn't handed the keys to the kingdom from his dad everywhere he went like some that get talked about on here: 1. University of the Incarnate Word (No kidding) his only scholarship offer a. Balled out, won the Jerry Rice Award 2. Washington State a. Balled out, was going to declare for the draft but knew he could develop more 3. Miami a. Balling out, probably leader for Heisman as of now All that to say, this kids has already show grit, determination and a willingness to do what it takes to succeed. Much like our favorite, for now, Cam, the kid just wins! He is 31-19 as a starter with 16,093 passing yards, 139 TD to 35 Int and 19 rushing TD's. To have the self-reflection to know "I've got to get better" and to do it...should tell us all, he is just different. He may not be generational "right now" but the way he is developing he could be. Oh, and he is 6'2 223 lbs.
