Their defense is going to be pretty good & their O-line is still a problem. Getting those 2 WRs will be a big help and he's just a rookie... in May. It would be absolutely hilarious if he is a spectacular bust after all the poo we had to eat from that miserable fanbase.

Simms has never been as high on Bryce as others, and he's completely accurate with all his analysis in this video. I really enjoy Simms content and he at least speaks his mind a little more than others who feel like they have to hedge everything so they don't get flamed. Who cares if you're wrong, everyone is.

CJ's drop and set with his feet is very good with no wasted movement, combine that with his arm and it's awesome. Bryce scurries back there and its so messy and inconsistent. If he can fix that with our revamped interior OL and step into his throws he'll be so much better. His throws are complete ducks when he's drifting backwards at all. He's got flashes and I still believe but it's a big hill to climb.

Holy smokes I have had the exact same thoughts myself, cool to see it here. I'm sure Tepper stays out of most football ops stuff, but he (and many, many other owners) have to insert themselves in head coach and future QB talks especially with the #1 pick and sign off on it (because in the end, they do). Hearing the hilarious meatballs story with Mrs. Rhule, hearing about these incredible dinners Tepper & co. had with Bryce were they praised how he carries himself, Tepper clearly gets attached and/or swindled by these silly things in hindsight and then gets a gut feeling in his stomach that he can't look past. It's absolutely killed him so far in his tenure.

I have such a good feeling about this dude, I'm glad he's the one who mentioned Greg instead of the writer. Makes me feel like he wants to be great, give him the #0! He could very easily be the best draft pick of this class.

Be better in all facets with the new players and coaches around him. I'll cut him some slack on the poop show that was last year, BUT the things I did not like last season that I want better: Arm strength and/or better decision making know what you can and can't get away with now. Leadership: this is intangible and I understand we don't see it all but give me something on TV. No slouching, show some fire and have more fun hopefully with more success. The quick decision making I saw early in the season needs to come back, he got beaten down by himself and supporting cast and was unsure of himself the second half of the season. Learning how to get out of the pocket without being sacked and working some magic there, it was a big plus of his in college. We saw glimpses of it last season. Deep ball accuracy HAS GOT TO IMPROVE, he will never succeed in this league as short QB if he doesn't improve there. Depressing 3 & outs with him throwing ducks can't happen anymore. If he hits on some of these things he'll naturally have better numbers. Winning more games would cure a whole heck of a lot too.

DK's got over 2" height on X and has 5" more in wingspan while being heavier. DK ran a 4.33 & X ran a 4.39 40, I'm just saying those are different dudes! Pumped for X though can't wait to watch him.

He can be used in Deebo ways but he's not the twitchiness of Deebo at all just quite fast. He's much smaller than DK too so that's a bad comparison. I'm worried he's going to be this tweener-ish dude in the NFL if he can't get very, very good at something. But he's raw and has a proven work ethic so I'm stoked for him.

His lack of mileage on his legs is pretty awesome for us & zero fumbles in college. Eye popping 6+ YPC but that's got to be a product of his very good O-Line & football team. It's got a ton of upside.
