Frank Reich Fired as Panthers HC - Official
Panthering replied to NJPanthers12's topic in Carolina Panthers
He turned it down, just like he did in Denver. -
Person breaks down the current landscape
Panthering replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
It was still an incredibly deserving firing, the team has been straight up unwatchable. That's on Reich, period. Who he hires next and how? No idea, I would consider pulling someone from the Dolphins staff on the offensive side however. I'm not going to do any homework on this for a while because he never freaking hires the guys I want, who then go on to be successful elsewhere (Sirianni, Steichen). -

As unimpressive as the roster has been, as unimpressive as drafting has been, as unimpressive as the rookie QB might be, as unimpressive of an owner we have, it was still deserved. Toodles buddy enjoy retirement. -
Yeah it’s brutal. Shut the game off when I watched Bryce miss two routine throws back to back early cause he’s doing the jump throw causing it to sail. It’s just not watchable right now.

You can literally hit two birds with one stone shifting him to LG. I think it’ll happen eventually, just maybe not this season.

Fire every single person in the building and anoint Luke Keuchly head coach for the rest of the season. Simples.

OL PFFs grades are out. *Warning for the weak stomach*
Panthering replied to ncfan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Taking a true pass pro LT in the draft who might even be run blocking deficient and bumping Ickey inside to LG would do wonders for all of this in my opinion. -
It's brutal to watch play out knowing all we gave up for him, but again that's just not his fault.
-
It don't matter, everyone will rightly lose their jobs for it in the offseason
-
It was on Bryce, but Mingo isn't very good right now which doesn't help this whole situation either. Bryce just lacks the arm strength to jam it into tight windows. We are going to have to go with some good effing route runners that Bryce can throw to with more timing and anticipation. His 50/50 balls have been very disappointing so far.

The boss at practice today with eyes on the OL

So are we going to end up with a Virginia McCaskey situation where an incompetent owner who has no business owning the team owns the team after predecessor dies? Except it's going to be Nicole freaking Tepper? -
Oh man.... this team!!! Unreal dysfunction from top to bottom.

That's actually hilarious. We're just going to be a joke under this ownership -
We seriously tried to move the earth to trade for Watson, the Browns just gave him the whole universe instead. Panthers are such a failure of an org.

If Tepper is smart he goes after Jim Harbaugh.
Panthering replied to CamWhoaaCam's topic in Carolina Panthers
This doesn't mean anything and I'm just a dummy on the internet but my number 1 coaching candidate was Steichen and my number 1 qb was you know who. Hire me Tepper! -
I'm so, so disappointed with Mingo so far.
-
Yeah it was, hasn't been an issue at SC as far as I know. Has been really good for us and leaving it all out there despite getting the crap kicked out of him.
-
Who plays behind a crappy o line, with a crappy team, below average coaching staff, and yet elevates players around him because he's got some skills. Spencer Rattler..... am I biased? Yeah, but he's got some arm talent.

Do you watch CJ Stroud and wonder ‘what if’?
Panthering replied to TheBigKat's topic in Carolina Panthers
Pretty much every Sunday since I wanted CJ Stroud first and foremost out of all the QBs this draft. Pretty painful but nothing is going to change that now so I try not to dwell on it too much. -
The Bears have one of the worst pass defenses in the NFL

I have Jalen Hurts on bye this week and my waiver wire is so think that I'm actually starting Bryce tonight for the lolz -
My biggest takeaway from this video other than just poor play from Bryce and the team is his quote here, "Old scheme" I think this is just simply tied to Frank Reich.
-
Mingo has promise but I don't love drafting WRs who aren't good at running routes in the first few rounds

Evidence of Tepper meddling in football operations?
Panthering replied to TeppersEgos's topic in Carolina Panthers
He's on video tapping Fitterer's shoulder in the 2022 draft saying, "It's time." This was for that sweet trade up to snag Corral lol. -
Not sure how you can reach that conclusion after trading away a 1st next year and denying 2 1sts from the Rams for Burns last season. Unless you're saying we wanted the rebuild to start with a rookie QB, and us standing pat and not trading anything away since is a rebuild... which I guess is what we should be doing but holy smokes.

Bryce defenders, please give me a reason why you're still hopeful
Panthering replied to TN05's topic in Carolina Panthers
Rookie on a bad team had a bad game, that's all I can cling to right now (which isn't much at all).
