I think the strategy now is to either draft the best pass rusher available or flip to the other side and get Bryce a weapon like TMac or Warren. We are still a bit infatuated with athletic traits over football skills so a good chance that it's TMac.

Well based on last year the FA period made a lot of sense and it paid off in a big way. The draft had a lot of legitimate concerns that were brought to light as the season went along and ended up being pretty freaking bad actually. So thinking he at least hits on a few of these FA guys again and with the defense being so bad they will help by default, it will still really come down to drafting impact guys. This draft has a good chance to define the team going forward and saving him his job or else we'll be stuck in the mediocre tier.
