No idea what happened. Somebody posted this tweet in the Panthers' discord earlier:

Sounds like there's a huge drop off between the starters and Mays/Chavala. Surprised they aren't trying BC there considering he was going to start last season... unless they're really uncertain about Corbett's knee.

This is where we agree to disagree I suppose.

If missing TMo + DLew hurts this bad, then we might not have the depth we were hoping for at OL going into the season. It was one thing to keep hearing about Clowney eating everybody's lunch, but now we're hearing that Chaisson and Johnson are getting after it. As much as I want to get excited for the pass rushers doing better than expected, I'm not ready to go through another season with the OL being as bad as it was last year.

Wouldn't be mad to see the Panthers look at Cade's brother Cooper as a potential draft pick in 2025. He's slated to play center for Tennessee this season iirc.

It's funny that you frame it that way. I'm sure that there's somebody on the opposite end of the fan spectrum that would label c3 as haters and Ricky as an optimist.

It really depends on how they felt getting out of bed tbh. FPFO got called out by Diontae Johnson after their first day at camp and for the next cpl they were putting a bit more shine on things. Whatever won't jeopardize their access while getting clicks. Unfortunately, outrage marketing is all the rage nowadays.

My biggest concern right now tbh. We went into last season with confidence in the starting OL only for those five to never get to play with one another.

Either practice is uneventful today or it's starting to look a lot like last year. Hopefully the former. The content creators could also be trying for some low-hanging outrage engagement. There's a lot more little quips than reporting on the action today.
