  1. What games did you feel stuck out poorly on film? He looked like a man amongst boys vs. USC and Purdue and was clearly the best player on the Penn State offense in the postseason.
  2. Bowers measured in at 6'3" 243lbs with Warren coming in at 6'6" 261lbs. Lance Zierlein did Bowers' scouting report for NFL.com as well as Warren's this year. He's got Warren graded as a better prospect. Bowers was an awesome prospect that's turned out to be an awesome pro so far. Warren has the potential to be even better.
  3. The only TEs from that last year's group under contract for next season are Ja'Tavion Sanders and Jordan Matthews. James Mitchell and Dominique Dafney are under reserve contracts. The team announced that they're going to let Tommy Tremble test free agency. Feleipe Franks is an unrestricted free agent. Ian Thomas is a likely cap casualty.
  4. His game against USC imo was better than Bowers' best... and to say that I was high on Bowers is an understatement. Warren is a better blocker that I believe (hope?) won't need the usual spin-up times that TEs need. Final stat line from Warren vs. USC... 17 catches for 224yds, 1 rcv TD, 1 rushing attempt for 4yds, 1 COMPLETION for 9yds (lol). Averaged 13.2yds. He had a fun game vs. Purdue as well. Those two games sold me on him in the top 10.
  5. Brett Kollman tweeted at the beginning of the year that he would not besmirch anyone that has as high of a grade on Warren as they did Bowers. The kid is nasty. Having trouble getting tweets to convert so can just post links for rn... https://x.com/CoachDanCasey/status/1870539968860574190 - Warren blocking an SMU defender through the endzone https://x.com/NFL_DF/status/1880275194197209207 - Some highlights while also showing how he cleaned up some drops issues that he had the season prior https://x.com/RayGQue/status/1894383545260380541 - Every 15+ yard reception he had from all types of alignments https://x.com/maxtoscano1/status/1893011848477229368 - Breaks away from a DB with 4.4 speed from the wildcat.
  6. If Graham, Carter, Hunter, Starks, and Warren are off the board I'm all for trading back... Donovan Ezeiruaku come ooooon doooown!!
  7. Landing WR1/WR2 + S1 in the first rounds alone make this draft a steal. Peebles + Phillips makes the DL better, Bowman provides extra LB depth + possible ST contributions, and Wells Jr on day 3? That's a haul of talent, even if it's missing an edge rusher.
  8. With only Demani Richardson and Ja'Tavion Sanders under contract in both rooms, an underwhelming free agent class, and the positional importance to our defensive/offensive schemes respectively I wouldn't be surprised to see them both selected before day 3. This time of the year is brutal for draftniks... just a lot of handwringing and re-watching film while we wait to see what teams do once free agency begins. The QB carousel alone is going to play a huge influence on how the draft pans out.
  9. 1a. Malaki Starks, S, Georgia 1b. Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State
  10. The team needs a playmaker at the TE position, especially now that the only player under contract in the room is Ja'Tavion Sanders. The free agent pool isn't exactly brimming either... Tyler Warren would fill an immediate need with elite talent.
  11. I'd suggest watching Tyler Warren's film before getting caught up on his position. TE is a versatile and important piece of an offense, especially a run-first offense that leans on play action. We need talent all over the roster, not optimal positional value.
  12. Evero's system leans heavily on smart, athletic play from the safeties to allow for the disguised coverages that he's known for. Haven't drafted a solid safety since Mike Minter... It's time!
  13. Two sexual assault accusations. One from HS, one from Virginia Tech seem to be what the rumors are.
  14. Ya know what? fug it. Malaki Starks or bust bay bay
  15. Morgan just said during his press conference that they're working on bringing back both Corbett and Mays for center.
  16. Morgan just stated during his press conference that XL didn't need surgery on the wrist but did have a short-term foot procedure.
  17. Down with any of those options except for Jeanty (already got Chuba).
  18. Folks being willing to take WR22 before they even consider TE1/C1/RB1 in the first round is exactly why I don't believe Huddlers being at the helm would've made this team suck any less.
  19. If they can retain both, I'd be so friggin happy. Keep the strength strong.
  20. Tyler Warren is a dawg and a top 15, possibly top 10 prospect. The film is nuts.
  21. Walker would also fit Shaq's role in Evero's defense as the blitzing LB. :3
  22. Jalon Walker & Trevin Wallace as the LB tandem of the future after Jewell's contract expires...?
  23. One of the most criminally underappreciated players the Panthers have had. His greatest sins were being drafted to be insurance for Thomas Davis and getting a second contract from Marty Hurney. Much success to you in your next chapter, Captain Shaq. o7
  24. Considering that Brady Christensen is going to test free agency, retaining Corbett as a veteran body is best for assisting with OL continuity imo. He'll either win the starting position at center, or he'll be a high-level back up that will be touching the field even if it's just to be OL6.
