  1. A big reason for that is directly due to the ineptitude of the offense. 15 interceptions, 12 fumbles, 26 drops, 31 sacks given up, 34.8% on 3rd down, and the inability to move the ball means that the defense is constantly put in situations with their backs already to their own end zone. If the offense can't move the ball, they can't stay on the field nor score points. That just means that the defense is going to be on the field a lot more than other defenses.
  2. How does this staff think they should address the OL? By bringing in a guy from the OL that helped Darnold see ghosts and the guy that gave up the hit that injured Joe Burrow. I can't believe that I'm actually excited for Cameron Erving to start at LT again. Hopefully Brady Christensen and Deonte Brown can start getting snaps, because as much as I like Trent Scott he's a back-up that shouldn't be out there for more than a couple of games. Tyler Linderbaum could still be in range with that first round selection...
  3. I require a blood sacrifice. I'm try to be a constant optimist with rational expectations, but this team is so bad that I've turned the game off with 10min left. I'm the guy that would stay at games regardless of the score and cheer my heart out. I'm gonna go try FFXIV or something, idk. This is ass. Somebody needs to be held accountable... Whether that be Joe Brady and/or Pat Meyer, the team has a bye week to get somebody in and get them acclimated.
  4. I mean, yea? Even if the team is losing and looking terrible while at it, I'd like to at least guys still make it to the end of the game healthy.
  5. Upcoming bye week... does the team move on from Joe Brady and/or Pat Meyer?
  6. Brian Burns getting AFTER them on the sidelines, love to see it. Can't help but think that some of the Huddlers that were down on Pot Roast doing it in another thread are going to suddenly be super excited that Burns was doing it, but it is what it is
  7. Joe Brady needs to be in standing room early due to his seat being so hot. Please go out and find at least capable NFL starters to hold down left tackle, center, and one of the guard positions.
  8. Ok phew, I was about to say... not going for it there on 4th & 2 when you need a spark? But they're getting it to locker room favorite Sean Chandler, so I can live with it.
  9. All things considered, with two INTs, a blocked punt for a TD, officials letting the MIA OL get away with blatant holding, our shittacular OL, and Joe Brady we're lucky that the game is only 10-21 with a chance to make it 17-21.
  10. Need the team to be the opposite of what they have been and go punch the ball in for 6 to start the second half. Like, don't be afraid to overachieve. It is 100% okay to be overachievers and have a 14-0 3rd quarter. Just pls don't be the ones with the 0 in that situation.
  11. Let's go!!!! We got the points we needed before the half after all!!!!!
  12. I really hope that we can find a way to retain Frankie Luvu on an affordable deal.
  13. There was a second left!!!! We should at least get a field goal try!!!!!
  14. Shaq putting a little attitude on that hit on Gesicki. I like the fire.
  15. At the very least, after this season I won't have to listen to folks lie to themselves that Dennis Daley is a starting calibre offensive lineman.
  16. Big opportunity here for the team. Driving down field during this final 90sec of the half to put points up and then do it again coming back from the half would put this team right back into the game... Pls let at least one of those be a TD tho, preferably both.
  17. lmao what are the odds of that. Two different WRs taking off early for Miami.
  18. All around terrible first half, and with this team's 3rd quarter trends coming up... let's just say that at this point it's going to be a little hard to keep being optimistic. Dolphins have had explosive plays thanks to the OL getting away with holding like it's Gamestop stock. Officials are letting it happen, and Joe Brady has yet to show that he can coach himself out of a deficit. If there was a time to come back out and put together a TD drive and a defensive stand to show that they're addressing those 3rd quarter demons, now is the time.
