You say that like its a threat, but one less negative nancy would be a blessing on this board.
-
He blows so hard that he took the corpse of Phillip Rivers and made the playoffs, almost made the playoffs with Carson Wentz before he became Carson Wentz, and had the corpse of Matt Ryan at 3-3-1 before Irsay got involved. But yea man, keep blowing smoke up your own ass, see you in a year when we're hosting a playoff game.
-
You gonna keep that same energy when he does what Wilks couldn't do and actually wins the division?
-
Isn't Reich the guy who went for it on 4th and 1 or whatever from his own side of the field in OT against Houston? It cost them the game, but he wasn't playing conservative at all.
-
Aren't you the guy who was pounding the table for Leftwich? How that turn out?
-
We have a bottom 5 fanbase with people like you, so Payton should fit right in then.

Knowing how Tepper is, I see either the deal with Payton getting done Friday; or a deal with Dorsey getting done Saturday. Tepper doesn't strike me as someone who wants a long coaching search, so if he can't get Payton to agree to a deal Friday, I could easily see him being enamored with Dorsey and hiring him on the spot.

They’re saying your as bad as inmates. Some of these people will take yearly 1-15 campaigns over actually winning because of what happened over a decade ago.

One thing about Payton is that alot of people like to call him a playoff choker, but if we're being completely honest, he should honestly have 2-3 rings. The obvious one is against the Rams, that was a legit missed BS call and if that doesn't happen, I think the Saints put up more than 13 points against NE and win that second ring. The other one is against the Vikings, the "Minneapolis miracle" as it was called. I'm not sure if they go and beat Philly after that, but if the miracle never happens, and they take care of business against Nick Foles, then I could again see them beating NE. So while people may go "Haha playoff choker" they refuse to admit that, at the very least, Payton should have atleast 1 more ring, if not two.

Late Tuesday Night.

He isn't the right guy for the job because he'll never be better than the occasional One and done playoff appearance.

This is what coping looks like. Wilks isn’t getting it, stop being delusional

Stop living in the past, Wilks gets us to the WC at best, and 7-8 wins at worst every year. If we hire Wilks Full time, we're essentially saying "Please stay Mr Brady, and take this sh*tty division we have no plans to take"
-
To me it signals that all the "reports" about this last game truly mattering for Wilks was all BS. The Bucs game was his interview, and he blew it.

Now that we have(Another) Lost season, thought it be fun to see who everyone wants to see go all the way this year. I'm sticking with our cat brothers, the Jaguars. The worst thing about keeping Rhule was it meant we let Doug Perderson get away, but I can't be mad he went to the Jaguars. Although I could see them getting bounced in the WC, I would love for them to finish the job they left undone in 2017.

Imagine defending a pervert.

Oh please, Tepper makes one mistake and he's suddenly worse than a old man who couldn't keep his hands to himself? F*ck out of here.

Haven't made one of these posts since Week 2, and as I currently sit at home being miserable from another Lost Season plus a battle with the flu, I thought it be fun to look ahead and see who everyone wants for the HC/OC/DC next year. Back in Week 2, I wanted Ken Dorsey for HC, Shane Day for OC and Vic Fangio for DC. Now.... Head Coach: Kellan Moore, OC of Dallas Cowboys: This will likely be a unpopular choice around here, especially since people like the shiny new toys in Philly and Detroit. While there is merit to that, I feel like the reason Moore has been overlooked is because he simply hasn't gotten a job yet, so people automatically assume something is wrong with him. However, compared to other young hot Offensive Cordinators, Moore has been at this for a few years, and every year he has made Dallas's offense into one of the best in the league. People will howl over playing down to competition, and that is true, but when your HC is Mike McCarthy and your QB is one of the most overrated in all of football, I tend to give him a pass. In Dallas, Moore likes to use a 2 back set with Zeke and Pollard, so I can easily see him wanting to keep Foreman and Chubba. With the run established, he either likes going Play action, or keeping the running backs in the backfield to block. I think Moore would be the safest OC pick to make Head Coach, and could even have connections to attract certain free agents here. Offensive Coordinator: Shane Day, QB Coach of Los Angeles Chargers: So I'll be honest, I think there's a good chance Moore would keep McAdoo on as OC for the sole reason I would expect Moore to be the one calling the plays and running the scheme. Combined with McAdoo working as a assistant under Moore in Dallas, I could see McAdoo being a OC in name only, retained simply to have a bridge between Moore and the locker room. However, in a dream scenario I would love to have Shane Day, the QB coach of LAC. As I posted in Week 2, the work he has done with Herbert has been phenomenal; In the 2021 Season, Herbert had 31 TD. 10 INT and 4,336 yards his Rookie Year, before his numbers shot up to 38 TD, 15 INT, and 5,014 in his first year under Day. So far this year, Herbert has 4,466 Yards, 23 TD and 10 INT with 2 games left. While the INT numbers are concerning, I also think its a product of Herberts gunslinger style. Defensive Coordinator: Al Harris; Secondary Coach of Dallas Cowboys: In all honesty, I wanted Vic Fangio again for this position, but with reports that he's tied to the hip of Sean Payton, I don't see that happening now. So instead, I'll go with someone that Moore would now well, and that is the current DB coach of the Cowboys, Al Harris. Harris spent 13 seasons in the league as a player himself, earning All Pro honors in 2007, and Pro Bowl Berths in 2007 and 2008. Harris has been a coach in the league since 2012, and while he has the blemish of being fired by Andy Reid(Alongside the entire Defensive coaching staff) after 2020, the work has done with the secondary in Dallas can't be ignored. Trevon Diggs has turned into a interception machine, and it makes my mouth water to think what Horn and perhaps even Henderson could become under him. Assuming he uses the scheme Quinn runs, we would run a 4-3 hybrid set, so we will absolutely need to get an edge opposite of Burns to fully maximize its potential.

Mcadoo looking like my husband on our anniversary night. So I am thoroughly turned on

I had a dream that we won the super bowl, which allows Darnold to run and be elected President. I had that dream the night before we blew Detroit out. So clearly, I've seen the future, which mean's we're going to win so Darnold's campaign is about how he stopped Brady from returning to the playoffs.

Steve Smith and Tre Boston on Josh Norman resigning

Dude give it up, Cam would be a huge distraction for this team right now, especially with his recent comments. Laugh all you want, but our playoffs start Sunday, and Cam would create a media circus around here. -
So next week’s game against the Bucs is definitely rigged, right?
Asaria replied to hepcat's topic in Carolina Panthers
Can't rig it if we run the ball like we did against Detroit, and don't give the refs even a opportunity to call a flag for Brady. -
I remember when people on the huddle were smacking the table for Hackett last year... Because Young Offensive Minded coaches always work...Right...?
-
Do we actually know this though? Rhule controlled the entire Panther Media, even to the point where fan's could barely post stuff about Camp.
