  1. After going to a Cleetus and Cars event at Bristol Motor Speedway in September and seeing that bring in 60000 people was an eye opener to me. The grassroots YouTube movement is HUGE! Cleetus invited 30 or so YouTube personalities to the event to compete in a 2 day show.
  2. I’ve seen lots of used buildings for sale on market place. I’m frugal when it comes to this type purchase. Rent a trailer and winch it up on it and go.
  3. Purchased our house in 2009 for 139000 and put 30000 down. We sold it to a family from Pennsylvania for 330000 in July. We are staying in our fifth wheel at a campground and sitting on our cash for a few months.
  4. If you find that you’ve come in contact with poison oak or ivy, rub this over the area it came in contact with. I think any citrus wipe will work. It’s kept me from getting it many times.
  5. I’m a big fan of Billy Strings and his twist on Bluegrass. Bascom Lunsford is rolling in his grave.
  6. My advice is to keep paying it. What I would suggest doing different is to pay her the 3000 for the year when you get your tax refund. It will work out better having to deal with it once in a year rather than 12. She will also tell the kid how sorry you was and didn’t even want to pay child support even though you have payed it for 5 years. 250 is cheap, I divorced in 1998 and payed 400 then.
  7. I like bluegrass, come up and take a seat on the porch, leave your wine and cheese at home we have moonshine and pack of nabs.
  8. Morganton is meh. Up towards Wilson creek around Hwy 181 is better.
  9. I like the Greenville area, lake Hartwell area is awesome and somewhat affordable. Lake Kiwi is the better of the two however the lake Kiwi area is big bucks!
  10. Rottweiler didn’t run the bear off?
  11. Tennessee side will give you all of what you’re looking for including some top schools if you chose the right city or county to live in. It will only add an extra hour to Charlotte. Tenn has no state income tax. Tax on goods is higher than NC but it will be a hop and skip to the NC side. I lived in WNC most of my life. Real estate is very different in Avery,Watauga, Macon, Buncombe and Jackson counties, tons of multi million dollar second or summer homes in these counties and public schools are just ok at best. Johnson County in Tennessee along Hwy 421 has a portion that’s next to Watauga lake and within minutes to Boone.
