For all of the people saying "why would anyone want to come here" ya'll do realize it's only 64 starting OG jobs available in the ENTIRE league?? With all the guards already in the league plus the draft coming the choices aren't as vast as they may seem. Unless you're a big money guy hitting free agency you don't get to pick and choose your destination to your liking if you want to play!!

Yea he called plays in Washington and guess what....they were ranked LAST IN THE NFL he was terrible at it!!!! No matter how you slice it Eric B was more qualified for the job PERIOD!!

Kevin OConnel was only an OC for 2 years and didn't call the plays in LA but let me guess...he interviewed well!! we all know what's going on her u can deny it all you want

I wonder who put that "doesn't interview well" narrative out there? Probably the same ones who put out that Flores is "hard to work with!! Come to think about it have you EVER heard of another candidate that was reported that he "didn't interview well??

U must have forgotten how this conversation started. Someone stated that Bieniemy was horrible and he would be a failure and I asked what made them think that. It's not about me making a case for Bieniemy there are plenty examples of coaches getting jobs before him where he was better qualified for the job, for Pete's sake the Giants hired a freaking Special teams coordinator over him a few seasons ago!! We all know black coaches don't get the chances that white coaches do there is no disputing that so we can talk in circles to end up back in the same place.

So you're saying he doesn't get the same credit as all the other offensive coordinators that were hired? The guy who just got the Denver job wasn't fully responsible for the offense in GB so again I ask how do you evaluate the candidates what metric do you use? McDaniels wasn't fully responsible for the offense in New England either so why does Bieniemy have to be???

How else would you judge a candidate other than the product he has put on the field?

They added Brady....AND AB ,Gronk ,Fournett plus the 2 #1 receivers they already had. So it wasn't just adding Brady and thr rebuild was over

There is no other explanation they can give to fire a coach with back to back winning seasons
