Should’ve traded up with NY or Detroit for Justin Herbert but Rhule was so locked in on Teddy being the answer because of his time with Joe Brady in New Orleans. Plus, Rhule really believes that he’s a guru at developing bad players. We took a run stuffer DT at pick 7. Who does that? Yes, I would trade Brown, Yetur, Chinn and Horn all for Herbert.

No reason to even bother Cam anymore. We should’ve kept him last year but Rhule decided to give Teddy Bridgwater $60 million. Cutting a former MVP Cam for a career backup mediocre QB and paying him that much money. Rhule should’ve been fired on the spot when it happened. You’d think that professional coaches and front office members would be “smart” because they’re professional at what they do. Not so much the case. Imagine having surgery by a doctor who’s not good at his/her job.

Rhule has so many ties to Penn State and right now he’s still one of the biggest coaching names in football for whatever reason I can’t understand. Penn State will give him a blank check if he wants that job.

That’s not why fans have lost faith in Rhule. It’s that Rhule has disregard the need for a franchise QB in two straight years. He came in as a rookie head coach and gave Teddy Bridgwater a $60 million contract right off the gate to be a starter. He then traded away Teddy for a 6th rd pick. Sent three picks to the Jets for a QB that has proven to be a turnover machine. Did I forget to mention about the OL?

We had Cam. We had Luke. This team was in the Super Bowl after a 15-1 regular season record in 2015. People used to be embarrassed of being seen in Panthers apparels. Not anymore. Now in 2021, we have become a bottom tier team. What has Tepper done? Go look at the record. Have you even been to BOA? It’s filled with opposing fans. Have you seen the player’s morale? Have you seen this board? No one even talks about the next opponent anymore until game day. We’re definitely not trending up!

You don’t think Penn State would match his contract? They will.

This franchise was fine and was trending upward until David Tepper bought it. The greatest thing that guy has done for Carolina is removing the NFL shield from the 50 yard line.

People say that Rhule is such a great speaker. Everytime he talks, I just want to punch him in the mouth.

Give me Brian Daboll. Buffalo stole from us. Let’s go steal from them. I’ll be fine with adding former Bills players to this team instead of Temple and Baylor players.

When will the NFL learn to stop hiring these college coaches? They’re in college for a reason.

I’ve said it before the Fitterer hiring. If Matt Rhule wasn’t the coach and given so much power, Adam Peters would’ve been the pick. They won’t say it but you know Rhule single handily picked Fitterer because he was okay to be a “yes sir” guy to Rhule. Peters wanted more control and power than the head coach which that’s what a Gm should have and Rhule said no. Imagine Teddy, Darnold, Rhule and Fitterer all not work out here in Carolina. How stupid is that going to make David Tepper look? He should just do us a favor and sell this team.

We’ll these pro players need a pro head coach, not a college head coach that is making them run to some stupid DBO sign.

2023 fix the oline 2024 look for a QB 2025 CMC will be like 40, will need a new RB 2026 probably when we’ll start contending. QB will be in his 3rd year. I’ve never seen a franchise that has been so successful at wasting All-Pro Players career; Cam, Luke and CMC.

If he comes here, Tepper will pay out all the women and their stupid attorney. I hate shady attorneys.

Right now if I’m Miami, I would drop my offer down to just picks. And that would be no more than two 1st rounders. Also, they will have to be conditional picks that will turn into 2nd or 3rd if Watson doesn’t play so many games. We are out. Texans have no more leverage. F them. Like did they really think they were going to get three 1st plus Burns and Chinn?

End of the day, I think Watson will settle with all the women. Trying to take care of 20+ Civil cases individually in court will take years and a bunch of missed practices.

This shows how stupid the Texans really are. Watson is never playing for them again and is in legal trouble. Why do they feel like he still has any value? Why are they asking for players in return? Take the draft picks and call it a win. Move on with life.

That’s one of the problem. This franchise has shown that they don’t know when to lose. We won meaningless games the last couple of years late in the season to drop us down in the draft. We lucked out with Brian Burns but we also missed out on Justin Herbert and Penei Sewell.

Don’t worry. Next year Rhule, Tepper and 70% of the fans will try to sell this fanbase on Gardner Minshew.

I’ve been saying this forever. People and talking heads want to praise Tepper for being such an aggressive hedge funder, but this is football not the stock market. You can’t buy a franchise QB low and sell him high. Tepper has bought Teddy and Darnold high and have already sold Teddy for low. Jerry Richardson ended his stint here in Carolina in a bad way but the man played and knows football unlike Tepper.

I would trade down, add a 2nd if possible and take Rattler there or if he’s available in the 3rd.

Hate to say it but I think this will be a blowout loss.

I would believe you but we haven’t shipped anyone away other than Denzel Perryman and that probably had more to do with him not being vaccinated. We have only brought in more talents in by draft picks.

I guess we’ll see Jimmy G in Carolina next year.
