    Well if his General Counsel is worth their salt, he shouldn't have to. P.S. I'd think it would be funny as hell if Tepper just steps in and says" Eff it, I'm just going to complete the entire RH Project on my own coin". I think the lawsuits would drop, and suddenly RH and York Co. would be singing the praises of their "best new buddy" David Tepper.
