  1. One thing I am sure of, Reich is a joke and has a proven track record of abject failure from which to base an opinion.
  2. Who the f knows? He's played 3 games under an incompetent leadership structure. I can't make a judgment call based on everything else we've seen.
  3. I predict Brown will move on to greener pastures. If Reich did relinquish the play calling and things get better, it's going to make Reich look like a fool. He won't allow that. Only a miracle like firing Reich could change that scenario.
  4. This is institutional failure. This isn't about defending a QB. I don't think you could bring back prime era Joe Montana and have him perform in this mess. Maybe it makes people feel better thinking you could have a different QB and everything will be OK. The problem is much worse than that. The team is being managed by people that have no idea what they are doing. They have dug a very deep hole that a QB can't fix on his own. Tepper, Fitterer and Reich couldn't manage a hot dog stand.
  5. Everybody looks bad. Hard to believe people are trying to pin it on one guy on the field instead of the one guy on the sidelines. It's impossible to know if anyone is any good with the clown show that Frank Rhule is running.
  6. I rebuilt the brakes on my motorcycle today. Didn't watch and no regrets.
  7. I agree. Is anyone gonna cry watching him go? He's Rhule level terrible.
  8. It is so frustrating seeing post after post of people thinking that starting one QB over the other is going to make the slightest bit of difference. Reich’s day in the sun is over if he ever had one. We have no idea what the OC can even do because Reich has to have his way. The FO and the coaching staff are to blame. Arguing over who should be the QB is truly rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. The players are not being put in a position to succeed.
  9. Hiring him was like putting rotten milk back in the fridge and thinking it was gonna be fresh if you give it another go.
  10. In case you haven't heard, we don't need good receivers. Bryce is supposed to "throw them open."
  11. Can I borrow your crystall ball for the lottery picks next week?
  12. The "fandom" on this board is lacking. Maybe the Texans have room on theirs. Might I add, there is nothing wrong with pointing out problems but some if you seem to be wishing failure upon the QB we did draft for the "I told you so" factor. I don't feel like we should be flying "the omg he's a bust" flag after 2 games. One guy can't carry the whole team and coaching staff on his back even though that would be great if one player could make such a difference.
  13. Some are still staying that. It's just ridiculous. Must have started watching football a week ago.
  14. His post game presser sounded a lot like He Who Shall Not Be Named.
  15. Yeah. He's hot garbage. I'd have much preferred going after a coach that didn't just get run out of town on a rail. There was a reason for that. I guess it's just easier to blame the QB who has 2 games under his belt.
  16. I know that was the selling point and I don't disagree. What I disagree with is that if the play calls are so predictable and the line is so porous it makes it hard to turn that sows ear into a silk purse. They need to let the OC do his job and tell Frank to sit down. I don't know if that will change anything but the overall approach right now is a dumpster fire.
  17. It's pretty much a given that 90% of 1st and 2nd downs are going to be runs up the middle. It's easy to prepare for that.
  18. I don't think he's in charge of who is on the field. My point remains, he can't make bad receivers or bad coaching good. That's just plain unrealistic.
