    It is a dream to fix it. Traded away draft picks for basically nothing in return. Insane money spent on ludicrous contracts. No viable QB. A terrible OL that needs to be purged. What decent OC or FA talent would want to come here for a lame duck coach overseeing a dumpster fire? Barring a legit Jesus Christ miracle, the Panthers are going to be the league punching bag for a while.

    I don't even know how this is a question. Of course you fire him. If you made a pros vs cons list, its all cons. I, honestly, can't think of a legit reason to keep him. He's even made our good players look bad.

    With this s1htshow coaching it's impossible to know if he's any good or not. I feel he might be worthwhile if we had a coach that knew what to do with him.
