Who knew getting the ball out quick and being comfortable in the pocket would equal success at the QB position?! I hope this is the Sam Darnold that we see going forward whether his services are retained here, or he gets a gig elsewhere. I would love to see him get a couple of his favorite WR targets at SC in Carolina, but I'll settle for just solid TE out of the draft as well.

I was leaning to more of an Aaron Rodgers type of vibe. More of that silent expressions through body language type of attitude.

I think of Sam can get that dog in him, he would turn a corner towards being a legit top QB. He’s such a laid back guy most of the time. He needs that f you, pay me attitude. lol!

Sam looked comfortable in the pocket today too. The O line starting to really gel with him it seems. He wasn’t jittery or getting happy feet at all. He was poised under pressure.

Facts. But anyone can see that as well. A big part of the game is getting in a rhythm. If you're a receiver, you need to make those catches to spark that rhythm. It's a team effort, not all on one player. Look at Hill for example. He is one of the smallest WRs out there, but his hands catch EVERYTHING! Short pass, bad pass, tipped pass, the dude's effort just demands he get the ball no matter what. We need DJ to be that as well. Now I am not saying him catching dropped passes will win us games, but it can give us the spark to get that rhythm going for other players.

There's a lot of coaching jobs open in college right now. I will not be surprised to see Rhule snatch up one of them soon.

Not to disrupt the apathy train in here, but I am looking forward to seeing Baker playing again. The guy was signed late, had a short time to learn the playbook, and above all else, had Rhule as his HC. Everything has looked better since Rhule left the building, and that included PJ (lest we forget the past seasons with PJ's play). I feel like we will see better play from Baker, and even Sam for that matter. The team looks like an actual football team again, and not some junior college team.

Almost there. He needs to surpass the magical 5 win season first. lol!

I like Foreman a lot and hope he has earned his spot on this roster for the next how ever many seasons. He's making the most out of this second chance, and it grateful to be playing ball again. Also, it seems like the other backs are running and playing better along side Foreman. I don't find myself cringing anymore when Chuba is on the field now, because he's been playing well! lol!

As much as the Huddle likes to rag on our QB room, at least none of them has done this in prime time!

We should trade Atlanta for rookie WR Drake London. He was a phenom at USC and has hands for sure. Atlanta doesn't target him too often, but he will be a #1 soon. We should snatch him up before that happens on another team, especially a rival of ours!

This is how I feel as well about the whole PJ at QB1 situation. He looked much better with a full week of practice WITHOUT Rhule there. I'd like to see our other 2 QB's get the same shot. Wouldn't that be even more accolades for Wilks if they both play just as well or better? It would be further proof to show that all along, it was this dipshit Rhule that was ruining the franchise.
