I agree with this post. The only thing I see is that with our current roster, Reich's play calling is failing hands down. We simply don't have the speedy skill players needed for his play calling. I would really like to see Brown get the calls sooner than later. I know Reich said he'd hand it over after 4-5 games, but with the past 2 weeks, why wait? Also, I will watch every Sunday because when the team finally clicks, all the doom and gloomers will be back on here going overboard in the other direction! lol!

Same, looking forward to the day Reich hands over the play calling to Brown and always look forward to Panthers football on Sundays. Other fans losing their minds doesn't affect me. I don't understand the misery pron of constant whining.

From an outside perspective, Panthers performance last night was bad to our eyes, but looks like they are given some grace due to everything being new. From CBS Week 2 grades: New Orleans 20-17 Carolina (Monday) B Saints Through two weeks, it's starting to look like the Saints might have one of the best defenses in the NFL. The Saints defensive front absolutely manhandled the Panthers offensive line on a night where Carolina was held to under 250 yards of offense. The defense has only given up one touchdown all year, which is making things much easier for the Saints' offense. Although that side of the ball is still a work in progress, Derek Carr does seem to have figured out how to throw the long ball. Although Carr struggled at times, he came up with several clutch throws in the fourth quarter to help put the game away. The Saints have a playoff caliber defense and if you combine that with the fact that Carr seems to be getting more comfortable in the offense each week, the Saints are looking like the early favorite in a suddenly loaded NFC South race that currently features THREE undefeated teams. C+ Panthers When you have a rookie quarterback, you know there are going to growing pains and there were plenty of those for Bryce Young in this game. The No. 1 overall pick struggled with his accuracy, he rarely threw the ball down field and he was indecisive on quite a few plays, which caused the offense to sputter for the better part of three quarters. The Panthers defense did its best to keep Carolina in the game, but it seemed to wear down on a night where New Orleans ran 74 plays (To put that in perspective, the Panthers only ran 56 plays). The Panthers will likely improve as the season goes on, but right now, they're definitely the weak link in the NFC South.

Let's pull out some Saints spines tonight!!!!

Yeah Brown was great to watch on Sunday. He’s a monster at times. Basically our own Aaron Donald.

Let me know when Bryce starts wearing 2 gloves, FFS
-
Cautions overreactions and then proceeds to overreact to "physical limitations". lmao! Bryce looked fine out there. Since I don't share the concern on size like others, having watched his college career, he looked normal out there. At least Bryce finished the game upright! <cough, Richardson, cough>
-
I thought Bryce looked okay for it being his real first day on the job. Nobody’s perfect on their first day and he definitely found out the hard way with those 2 picks. But he showed poise and maturity in there and will grow from here. Agree with everyone else on needing better weapons with some speed.

Reich really needs to handover the play calling already. -
Even worse! As bad as the Panthers looked under Rhule, i don’t remember it THIS bad! Lmao!!!

That’s actually not a bad idea. He can probably get more playing time and then audition for the NFL in the Spring.

USC has produced some pretty good receivers in the last few drafts. We’re gonna be playing one Sunday. lol

Our Announcers for the Week 1 Game at ATL

I get Romo, but Olsen is pretty great. He got the Super Bowl gig last time around for a good reason. -
Knew about the Adams trade before it happened. So it’s got me a little shook. Talking player/s and a first.

Hearing from one of my buddies that the Raiders are trying to trade for Burns right now. Fitt needs to get a favorable contract together for him, like right now! Just read that Garoppolo restructured his free up some money for the team. Hope this does not come true.

Was just thinking the same thing. lol

Should be able to watch the game on Paramount+ if you have that streaming service. Just got to scroll over to the live TV section and find the game on CBS. -
Hey! Darnold just won the backup QB role in SF over Trey Lance!! Respect him! lmao! https://twitter.com/RapSheet/status/1694420004827988058?s=20

Darnold looking better in that Shannahan offense. I really don’t see Trey Lance getting the QB2 spot over him. lol

Coach Demaco getting a steep learning curve at HC for the offense side of the ball. How's the Texans defense look?
