  1. I think Mingo is starting to click. He looked a lot better, even with that drop on 3rd down. I anticipate that he'll show some more on Sunday against the Colts. And funny enough, I think Tremble will as well.
  2. Yeah the offense wasn’t as predictable, i agree with that. There seem to be more chunk plays that we connected on, but the Texans defense was tough. We’re easily could have been another TD up but failed at the goal line. Let’s see where Brown goes from here. Having actually called the game now, maybe he’s seeing things that working and things aren’t better. It did seem like Mingo got open more and Chark even got more targets.
  3. Good vid. Speaking of vids, kind of funny that we actually win on Sunday and nobody has posted All 22s or QB School threads.
  4. UCE (short for Uso) would be a good chant to get going and hopefully stick. The commentators said that it's gaining traction on the locker room too, as it means BRO or BROTHER. It would be great to get some of my fellow Pacific Islander culture spreading in the Charlotte.
  5. He is picking up the torch that Luke left behind. We need that energy at LB and Luvu is still growing in the role. Agreed with the OP, we need to extend and lock him up for the future.
  6. Bryce is the proverbial sleeping giant. You can get that sense that once it clicks, he is going to be a monster, and he is steadily getting there. Nothing to do with size, but with the cerebral part of the game. It's gonna happen and when it does, we're gonna be that team that get's all the shine in the league.
  7. Luvu is playing really well and with a ton of heart. It’s about time somebody picked up the torch that Luke and Davis Sr. left behind. Luvu is embodying that spirit and it’s sorely needed on the team!!
  8. The TD pass to Tremble was nice, especially with Tommy getting held in that play. Clean pass and catch.
  9. Yeah man, Icky was just bad today. Not a good season so far at all. You’d swear he hates Bryce or something when the way he’s getting abused!
  10. Mingo is trending in the right direction slowly, but surely. I’m glad to see it and look forward to even more progress shown as the season continues.
  11. FINALLY!!!!! Props to the defense today and the play calling. Some misses, but a dub is a dub!
  12. Maybe the Panthers are the NFL's farm league? All players that leave here end up playing much better and successfully when the get traded to another team. lmao!
  13. Mingo showed some promise against Miami and IIRC, didn't have any drops this time. But yeah, DJ and Jamie are virtually non-existent right now.
  14. That 70 that got dropped on them was worth at least 3 games worth of points. lol
  15. The 1st quarter was good. I noticed that Bryce was throwing passes from under center and not just handing off, like all previous games. That was always an easy call for the defense, when Bryce was under center, that it's a run play. Changed it up yesterday and it paid dividends, albeit briefly. lol!
  16. https://www.nfl.com/videos/bryce-young-zips-30-yard-pass-to-thielen-across-middle Do people just not watch games?
  17. Nah, If Wilks was still here, we'd still have Darnold as QB1 (admittedly, he looked much improved with Wilk) and would have probably picked up Carter or a CB at #9. We still would have had our '24 picks too! lmao!
  18. This is probably the best and easy “fix” to make. Reich stinks!!!!!!! Just doing that and then Brown calling plays would be such a welcome change.
  19. That's cool. There was some good football to watch in the Spring. The XFL model seemed to work well with the season ending in time for players to attended training camps for NFL teams. And there were lots of players that got the invite and some signed to NFL squads. XFL is also a place for refs to train and transition as well. Overall, it's doing what the Rock and his business partners intended. Looking forward to see this play out.
  20. Wasn't there a rating of our receiving squad being ranked 31st in the league before the season started? I took that article with a grain of salt and then games 1 and 2 happened, and it was right. This is a team sport, so I don't understand all the angst towards the QB, especially when again THIS IS A TEAM SPORT! My main target it Reich and play calling. He can't hand it over to Brown soon enough for me.
  21. Yes, I’ll always watch Panthers football. Now i may not watch until the end, but I’ll watch from kickoff. lol
  22. At least he wasn't concussed. The dude survived the SEC for 3 years, he's tough.
