  1. At what point does our read option just become a dive play?
  2. I'm going to have to take a week off soon, and I am not looking forward to it at all. I take a full week every three months. It is miserable.
  3. My mistake, its 1900 calories per shake haha. It's tough to get the whole thing down.
  4. I started taking a protein supplement with 2000 calories per shake. My body wants to know what dafuq is going on.

  6. It's like 3.5 times my BMR. I may bump it to 4-5x my BMR this cycle.
  7. I'll give it a look see if I can find it. Last gaining cycle I was getting 4500-5000 calories/day. May bump it a bit more.
  8. It's quite efficient for cutting the belly fat I develop during my gaining cycle.
  9. I know. I haven't started my gaining cycle yet. I'm on the ass-end of my cutting cycle right now. Oats in the morning with a few slices of avocado Albacore tuna for lunch. Maybe a wrap Protein shake in the afternoon Chicken and rice for dinner.
  10. Yea. I'm a seriously hard gainer, so I take in a poo ton of calories every day as it is. ISS Research creatine has really helped me harden up my muscles as well. It works well going from loading to holding. Any tips, Jase?
