Yea, when the spread works it's amazing to watch. When it's like it was this year, it makes me want to kill people. You have to have exactly the right personnel to run a spread. Pro-style is a bit more forgiving.

All initial reports indicate that Muschamp wants to run a pro-style offense. It's better suited to meet John Brantley's play style. Only downside is our backup QBs Trey Burton and Jordan Reed are both spread-o guys. So, it will be interesting to see what happens to them.

I think it is genuinely because Urban didn't want to come back this season, but got talked into it. I think he really wanted to be done after last year. I wish him the best, and hope he can be involved in recruiting down the road. We actually just hired Will Muschamp (Texas defensive coordinator) as head coach. He is a great recruiter, and solidified some of Urban's recruits already. That includes Jeff Driskel, the highest rated QB in this years recruiting class.

Though we have definitely had our disagreements since I've been here, it's certainly good to talk to a true fan. Even when we don't agree, you are always knowledgeable and present your opinion in a respectful manor. It's good to have someone to talk college football with who actually understands and isn't absurdly biased. We're all a bit biased in favor of our teams

My herpes diagnosis was not sufficient was it? That's too bad about your shoulder though. If I could get consistently shooting between 36-40 I'd be happy for now. I went to a swing coach who altered my swing quite a bit and it's really messing with me. I've been spending a lot of time at the range trying to get it committed to muscle memory. Played any golf lately? I played 9 holes consecutive days on the same course. 1st day I shot a 1-under 35. Next day I shot a 7-over 43. These blades are bring out my inconsistency.
