  1. I have become near immune to the effects of C4. Thinking about trying 1.M.R next. Anyone have any good experience with it?
  2. Anyone have a solid mass-building leg workout? The girl I'm seeing is waaaaaay more fit than me and it pisses me off. Well, not really but you know what I mean. I need to improve.
  3. You may actually like it. I know people who do enjoy doing it, and swear it gives them better results. In my opinion, you are better off coming up with a different exercise to isolate each muscle group. I think it gets the best results. Whatever works for you is most important though.
  4. This. I've done it before and it is trying to force too many workouts into one rep. You are better off isolating each muscle with its own individual motion.

  6. First day working out since I went to NY last Friday. Feels amazing. It was a good time to recover, as I haven't taken a break in 2 months. I'm building a slight tolerance to Alarm. Hope it doesn't continue.
  7. I've been in NY for a few days. No gym in this apartment. Hating life right now.
  8. Ran the 40 for the first time in 2 years today. Clocked my best time at 4.74. In college I ran a 4.54. Hoping to get back down there.
  9. It's fairly new. I've taken C4 before. The main thing I like about Alarm is the fact that I have taken one scoop only since I got it. I haven't built up a tolerance to it yet. With C4, I was having to take up to 3 scoops to get any results. I hope Alarm stays at one scoop.
  10. I work out 6 days a week. My workout routine consists of combinations of things I have found online and in magazines. It took me a while, but I figured out what worked best for me. I take the Alarm before my workouts and take a protein powder after. I eat very healthy, which is the most important thing. My metabolism is very fast, and my weight before I started lifting was 138. I weigh 157 now and I am trying to get up to 160. I'm proud of what I have accomplished. For the most part you just have to figure out what works best for you. There is no "one size fits all" workout routine. Everyone is different. Just work hard and you'll figure it out.

  12. Tell me about it. I thought Salem's Lot ended fine for what the story was. I read all the way through the Dark Tower series. One of the best stories I've ever read as a whole, but I knew from about the end of book 2 that he had no idea what he was going to do. The end just seemed so cheap.

  15. Man, I've been dealing with some nonsense. Student loan problems, moving problems, and getting everything packed is killing me. I'm trying to get everything settled. It's been pretty rough.
