God damn it. That justifies Glen Johnson starting every match now...at least to Rodgers. -

RM beat Basel. That means we have to beat Basel at Anfield to become the worst squad to ever advance to the knockout phase. -

I'll say Liverpool 2-1. Ludogorets goal on a set piece mismark or own goal by LFC. -

When fit, Sergio Aguero is one of the best strikers in the world. Unbelievable talent. -

I agree. If he can stay healthy, he has potential to be world class. I really hope injuries don't derail his career. It was a shame not seeing him at the World Cup. -

Nah, hurt his right ankle this time. Expected to resume training at the beginning of January, so would probably be available for selection by mid to late January. -

Man, I'd love Reus. Not sure we need another injury-prone forward though. -

BBC and ESPN reporting Jurgen Klopp being lined up to replace Rodgers. Don't believe it, but I can't say I'd hate it. Shaky sources. -

Yea, I don't actually think we are going to get relegated. We are just so awful right now. -

We're gonna get relegated lol -
I could see Firmino. A lot of clubs are very interested in him, but he lacks consistency. Obviously, that's to be expected of a 23 year old. There are also rumors that Hoffenheim overvalues him by a considerable amount. Would be a good signing if it could done. Carvalho could be one for the future. I think the issue becomes winning now. Rodgers is definitely in "win now" mode and I don't think he's going to have much money in January. I could see him spending what little money he does have (I'm assuming £25m at most) on one player to supply the team with goals.

Nah, Liverpool don't really need a DM. A steady rotation of Gerrard, Hendo, Can, and Allen will be fine. Gerrard has made mistakes, but he is still top 15 in key passes per game, one of the top DMs in chances created this season, and is the leader of the squad. I do not think he should play every match, because he's just too damn old. The defense has made mistakes, but they have put us in position to win matches a few times. If we had a steady supply of goals, we'd be T4 right now. We have to address the goals first and then maybe a DM or CB for depth.

Frankly, I don't view Shaqiri as a legitimate transfer target. There is a lot of pressure on BR right now. I'm sure FSG is not happy with the way he's spent his money since purchasing Coutinho and Sturridge in the same window. He has to supply the squad with goals with or without Sturridge. I see him going after a clinical finisher. Could see Huntelaar as a target.

Brad Panovich: "Record low was shattered this morning so far and we might go a tad lower. We dipped to 14° so far in Charlotte. Old record was 18° in 2008. This is also the coldest early season temperature on record in 136 years in Charlotte."

He speaks English to the squad as a whole during training. That's what Sanchez is talking about. -
