The Reason why The Panthers picked up Darnold 5th year option is because he has always practiced well. Sam is a baller period, and I would be shocked if Corral actually beats him out after camp. Corral will have to depend on Sam playing like trash in the beginning of the season to play. He wont beat out Darnold during Camp.

If Sam is that bad why not roll the dice and let the Shitty season play out, and if both Rhule and Sam are as bad as the Huddle says they are they should be terrible next season, and both will be gone in 2023 as we draft a franchise Quarterback. Bringing in Baker Mayfield is probably the most lateral move you can make. Bakers has had the luxury of having a better line, Running backs and Receivers than Sam his whole career and hasnt done jack shyt. If Baker is better than Sam it is by the slightest of margins and I mean slightest. If you want both Rhule and Sam Gone by next year, playing Sam Makes the most sense. Are you willing to Trade for Baker or Jimmy have the team end up decent next season and no longer in position to draft a top tier QB? At the end of the day if we are to draft a franchise stud next season we have to suck one way or another. Sam is the best solution for that.

I just didnt get how anyone expected Cam to succeed with this Line AND JOE fugIN BRADY. Some of you Posters are as delusional as it gets. JOE NO CALLS BRADY is still calling the plays. Cam had no chance of success with this playcalling

Sam will more than likely start a few games at the end of the season either because the Panthers are out of the playoff race completely or because Cam gets hurt.

The way Christian Reacted to his injury was similar to how James Harden reacted to his hamstring injury in the NBA playoffs. There's no doubt in my mind part of the reason why James pulled that Hammy was because he was overweight. In Harden case that extra weight was fat. In Christians case the extra weight is all muscle. Having more weight on a frame that shouldnt have that type of Mass on it can definitely lead to injury.

While I was disappointed in second half performance for the offense, I really loved how well Sam Protected the Ball with 0 Interceptions. With Lattimore out next week, I expect a performance increase from Sam and Offense against the Saint.

Im starting Sam this weekend Fantasy Football against the Jets. Im expecting Big numbers

I think it obvious not playing Darnold or the 1's is strategic on the coaching staff part. To put as little on film as possible for the Jets. We have seen plenty of Zach Wilson already this preseason and nothing of Darnold. We already know Wilson is going to be staring down Corey Davis and if not open checking down to tightends. He's also good at play action going both ways. The Panthers are going to have enough to devise a good game plan against Wilson, while Jets will have one one half of football to study off, and of course whatever insider info they have about Darnold from past experience. I agree this is a make or break year for Sam. He either proves he's a franchise quarterback or proves he is a backup quarterback. Im hopeful for the former.

Cam is probably the one of the Worst Quarterbacks to ever have won an MVP in its history. Easily the Worst Passer to have won it. Never seen a guy with literally Zero Touch on the ball win a Quarterback MVP award.
