Newsflash: if Rhule doesnt win this year he is getting fired regardless who is at QB. if the Panthers start off 1-5 you think Rhule is going to sit on his ass and let Baker continue to be Trash? You think the Panthers are willingly to give up a 4th round pick for trash play? If Baker doesnt improve drastically he is getting benched because the Panthers arent going to give up those assets period.

Darnold struggled because too much pressure was put on him once CMC went down to go along with a terrible oline. Losing CMC and Arnold at the same time sabotaged the offense because Darnold had built so much rapport with them during training camp, then losing them at the same time, it was too much to handle. The Offensive Line also couldnt handle it. YOu literally had 3rd stringers playing Left Tackle.. Too much to overcome for a QB in a new system. This Offensive Line is much better. I expect Sam to do very well in this offense.

There is absolutely zero doubt if Baker keeps playing like this we are going to see Sam. Panthers are not paying a backup QB 18 Mill to sit on his ass when the starting QB is absolute trash. Also, the Panthers are not giving up a 4th round draft pick for this type of play either. You think they are going to allow Baker to get 70% of snaps for sub par play? Highly doubt it. Sam Can officially return week 5 if healthy. Predict which week you think Sam will be made starter by in the poll!

The Playbook is limited because of Baker. They are trying to stick to formations and plays Baker excels at during practice. He doesnt know the entire playbook. Sam has a better grasp of the entire playbook. Sam is also much better under-center than Baker and a big reason why he struggles. Baker is terrible under center and Mcadoo likes playing under center 1st and 2nd downs if the yardage is right.

Something tell me Tremble play time and impact will increase once Darnold is installed. DJ Moore Production will come back, CMC will be CMC, wouldn't be suprised to see TMJ sighting. Theres no doubt in my mind Baker is holding the entire offense back and the playbook is limited because of that.

It will turn around once Sam is put in week 5 or week 6. Baker is so fundamentally bad, I question what the coaches were looking at during training camp. He has the absolute worst footwork in the pocket of any starting QB in the league. The problems he displays in games actually showed up in training camp i.e cant see over linemen, having to move out of pocket to see throwing lanes, terrible feet in the pocket. Just the absolute worst Baker is officially the worst rated starting QB in the league now. Just terrible

Baker got destroyed by Cardinals last year on the Browns. I mean absolutely murdered. I would be shocked if Baker could actually throw against this Cardinals team, but more than likely he will have his bad pick game this week where he throws 2-3 Ints and officially gets benched for Sam week 5
