  1. I want them starting. They have performed better than the backups.
  2. Numbers that don't mean much sometimes.
  3. Go pay pff and get that, I'll share it. And for the PFF score believers, that is all supposedly accounted for in the PFF score.
  4. I wouldn't call PFF analytics. Brian Burns PFF: 54.6 Dennis Daley PFF: 58.4
  5. I will. Elflein has only played two games and I think you should have a least 4 to get a decent idea. When I do the comparison, I'll have to compare per snap because his sack and penalty numbers will be artificially low, making him look better than he is. Elflein is a worse signing so far mostly because he hasn't been on the field. It doesn't matter what he did in the first two games if he can't stay on the field. We're not unique though, Dan Feeny, Ethan Pocic, Richie Incognito, have played 14 snaps between them. When Elflein is on the field, he is definitely better than Daley. Elflein needs to stay healthy.
  6. I thought I would grab the most expensive left tackle free agents and grab data to see how the signings compare so far. It includes their current PFF for whatever it is worth. 2021 NFL Free Agents Tracker | Spotrac Trent Williams 32 yo 138M 6 years PFF: 93 Penalties:2 Sacks: 0 Alejandro Villanueva 32 yo 14M 2 years PFF:58 Penalties: 2 Sacks: 4 Cam Erving 28 yo 10M 2 years PFF:53 Penalties: 3 Sacks: 1 Eric Fisher (torn Achilles) 30 yo 8.3M 1 year PFF:47 Penalties: 3 Sacks: 4 Riley Reiff 32 yo 7.5M 1 year PFF 65 Penalties: 0 Sacks: 2 Kendall Lamm * 28yo 6.8M 2year PFF 37 Penalties: 2 Sacks: 1 Joe Haeg* 28 yo 4.6M 2year PFF 66 Penatlties:0 Sacks: 1 *Lamm has only played 13 snaps due to injury this year *Haeg has only played 93 snaps .
  7. I agree with some of this. I wanted Minshew when it looked like all the good draft QB's would be gone. Elflein was a 3rd rounder though I think. Erving stats last year looked better than Okungs and Erving was more mobile. There were reports of Okung phoning it in a bit in preseason as well, so they viewed Erving as an slight performance upgrade with 2 years for the price of one.
  8. There's a reason he was a backup on the colts. You can show good blocks by any blocker like those in that article. It was a fluff piece about a LG backup in preseason on a team that is now 1-4, and believe it or not, has a HIGHER pressure% than we do. I'm not anti Reed. Its a stretch to say he's better than anybody at this point.
  9. Reed is the backup. Nelson went down with a broken ankle I think. That article link is preseason and even it says: "Reed is a valuable depth player on the interior offensive line" Though I agree, I would take him over Daley.
  10. We don't know what is happening in practice. We don't know why Deonte isn't on the field. The huddle whined and complained about Elflein (who has given up 0 sacks btw). When he got injured Daley went in. The line performed worse. Then the huddle whined and complained about Erving. He got injured. We moved Moton to LT and BC to RT. The line performed worse. So bad in fact, it set a multi-year record for pressures. Now Huddlers believe they know best again. Throw another rookie on the line. That should do it, how can it get worse? You'll see. Those of you who cannot tell the difference between the line's performance in the Saints game and the Phily game, don't know what you are talking about.
  11. This. I am looking forward to see who is healthy for Sunday.
  12. So you're saying the Eagles gave up a ton yards in garbage time...when they lost? Huh? Forget it. You're not going to explain that one away. Your example contradicts your claim and doesn't make any sense. I gave the context for the points and yards discrepancy by citing turnovers. You gave no context for anything you cited, you just cited 80 points without noting those points were to the Chiefs and Cowboys. The Eagles limited the 9ers to 17 and Falcons to 6, and of course the Panthers to 18. You just don't want to look at context. You want to look at stats that support your worldview.
  13. Do you know what "turnover" and "short field" mean?
  14. Jags line looks good: 2nd highest pocket time, 13th best pressure%, 5th lowest in sacks, 10 lowest in Qb hits. The huddle would hate it, but its better than what ours did last Sunday. Not that it matters, this guy couldn't cut make it on the team.
  15. Their offense is 3rd in the league in turnovers dude. Pts<>Yards due to short fields. Yards is a better measure. Which player that 60% of their offense go through was out?
  16. You know, I can't read your posts, frank but I see a little line where you post and they're always right after mine. Makes me feel good, that I'm under your skin and you're just following me around like a little puppy barking and whining, and I don't have to read your crap. Because you're on ignore.
  17. Which one? The one we saw in the saints game, or last week?
  18. Yeah. I'll bet those posters are fun at parties.
