Confident: Darnold and the Oline. Mostly because I know choosing that will trigger people. Terrified: CB's and Safeties, Horn in particular. I think our expectations are little high for a rookie corner. I think he'll do well but this first year is going to be rough.

I agree. Our line did well due to plays designed for quick release. We had the 5th shortest pocket time in the league. If Darnold masters that, pass pro should be fine. We were 10th lowest in pressure % last year We were horrific in the run. We were 25th in YBC. I am anxious to see how well we run tomorrow. Between Chubba, Deonte, Christiansen and Tremble taking the field and this wide-zone blocking scheme that people keep talking about, I want to see some big runs.

Oh I did too, for while, but it gets kind of repetitious. How many ways can you post, oline sucks, Darnold sucks, Rhule sucks, Pathers have sucked and will suck and Fields rocks? I will probably turn them back on at some point. But I'd like to enjoy a little football first.

I think Horn might play some tomorrow. He needs the reps. If any 1 plays, I bet its horn. If Elflein is the backup center, he might play center. Not sure what other 1s might play.

I gave up a week ago when one mod said we didn't have a quarterback, like at all. At that point there's no reasoning with them. I think they're doing it to spur discussion, because the 1 or 2 series Sam would play this Sunday, are just not make or break. If it was me, I'd play him a series, but I get why they're not. But they're acting like Rhule is going to tank the season if Darnold doesn't play. Its just artificial drama.
