Yup, I dunno after that radio interview yesterday anyone would expect him to not screw things up any worse. I'd rather Fitt just get a one year trial guy that has to work with what the GM gives him in FA and draft this year. At least we'd be able to find out if it's Fitt or Rhule screwing up on these trades. There are competent coaches out there that would like to make $5m or whatever for one year of a trial HC job, that get the excuse that they had zero roster control and just coached what was handed to them

This HC Rhule guy is just downright embarrassing

Zero reason to not play BC and Deonte full time the last 3 games. At least we would know what we have instead of left guessing in the off season/draft -
Multiple analysts ridiculing Rhule's comments

Imagine how that translates to inspiring players at half time, it obviously doesn't. In that interview he said he took BC out of the Giants game to not kill his confidence? What? Let him finish the game and then attempt coach him up afterwards dumbass. He took Deonte out of the last game as well, after he had a good drive. For his trademark skill or whatever is to be a culture builder/process guy it doesn't make any sense, it just makes the players think you're constantly flabbergasted -
how college HC jobs are rapidly changing

Good, a handful of old rich dudes have had too much power for too long. Sounds like a situation Rhule will not be happy going back to -

Yes maybe we'll take Evan Neal, but Rhule will insist on him losing 15 pounds, and then spending 6 months getting used to playing at his new weight. -

Oof that's some big names in there. He might get clowned on NFL live for that, yikes. How can Tepper put up with this -
Rhule set to appear on WFNZ Thursday morning

Keep the trade backs in place, take Creed Humphrey instead of TMJ, Trey Smith instead of the Long Snapper and the rest of the draft/trade backs are good. Slater/BC or Brown/Creed/Trey/Moton as the line of the future was sitting there for the taking. Never gonna have that fall in your lap ever again -

Really not sure what he gained by going on there. Then the Wilson guy was like "I think people misunderstand Rhule because he's so positive". What? What about his Slater/BC arm length comments, QB carousel, constant lying and scapegoating give you an optimistic vibe? He's been in survival mode since like week 5. He's like the dude you don't want on your walking dead/apocalypse crew -

Yea between the Slater comment, BC actually playing decent but getting no commitment to LT because of 1", scapegoating Joe Brady, the night and day QB support between Cam and Sam in the pressers...It all looks bad to any potential player or coach. They're gonna have to pay extra for anyone coming in and that just sets a weird tone for all involved -

Cool we're paying Sam almost $20m and Rhule isn't committed to starting him lol..He's your guy you gotta roll with him -

His critiques of players combined with his coaching skills isn't gonna help him attract any decent FA's ever again -

"The process doesn't mean it's always going to work out" jesus -
I mean you can't give up a 2nd and 4th for a one year rental alone, unless you need a LT or something and are definitely making a super bowl run. They screwed themselves the moment they offered the 2nd rd pick for a project/gamble

I guess no one is excited about Kubiak or Groh

Vikings fans are excited about getting rid of Kubiak, only excitement I've noticed -
What Happens If We Strike Out on a Legit OC Hire?
Jackie Lee replied to SetfreexX's topic in Carolina Panthers
I can't see Rhule not trying to interfere as much as possible to convince Tepper to take another yes man. At that point Rhule would just be doing more harm than good, it's not even about the team to him it seems like -
What Happens If We Strike Out on a Legit OC Hire?
Jackie Lee replied to SetfreexX's topic in Carolina Panthers
If we can't convince a good OC to coach under Rhule, then you gotta just get rid of Rhule and bring in someone who can convince some decent coordinators to come with. It'll be interesting to see how many OC's turn the job down and how many FA's bail. Tepper won't be able to turn a blind eye to that kinda stuff -
Seems like Mcdaniels is always commiting a dumb foul or travelling or something whenever he's in

Yup, Kubiak is basically the Joe Brady of the Vikings. He's gonna get released if we don't sign him, if we do it's going to be a complete sideways move from Brady, and another guy not experienced enough to take over HC duties mid season. Having said that Rhule is gonna say he's his top choice, "family lineage", "grew up in a locker room" blah blah blah.

Rapoport said they requested one, maybe he said no thanks already
