I think maybe it's why Tepper has been so quiet and probably super pissed behind the scenes. Everything points to Rhule losing the "total control" he had his first two years, to see if he can even coach a team with actual professionals (GM/upgraded coordinators) putting him in position to succeed. It's pretty crazy, aside from the Browns taking on the extra guaranteed money, the fact that Watson tacked on the bonus money so he'd get paid during suspension is just dark. Yes Matt Rhule is literally worthless if he can't do some semblance of this. What exact job responsibilities is he left with if he doesn't? Poorly managing time outs and giving shitty press conferences isn't gonna cut it

I think we're set up perfect for that scenario aside from Rhule trying to save his job. Fitt basically just saved his own job with these FA signings and I'm worried Rhule is gonna muck the QB situation up somehow in panic mode
