  1. Ickey at LG and BC at LT is probably better than the opposite. Ideally Cade or Deonte win the guard job, Ickey starts at LT and BC is a solid backup swing tackle
  2. But he was scared of a vaccine? I thought he was like the all natural medicine dude.
  3. After Teddy and Sams laid back attitudes, and getting a little glimpse of Cams leadership in real life, I can see how they're over those kinda guys.
  4. Corral has put on 7 pounds since last season/whenever he weighed in last year and is 212. Currently exact same measurements as Lamar Jackson, who is not as big as people assume. Obviously don't want him to run as much as Lamar does but I think he'll be alright, he didn't have to spend all offseason training for the combine and all that poo so probably just focused on bulking up a little.
  5. I think if Rhule lets Campen do his job we'll have a top 15 O-line. Probably top 10 in rushing, average in pass pro
  6. He moved Moton to LT one game last year, first that BC had to start I think, and he got 2 false start penalties and didn't look like his normal self. Back to RT the next week, lesson already learned on that one.
  7. Probably was ready to come back home and play another year or two.
  8. Yup, hard to say if it was Darnold or Joe Brady that could only muster up like 6 total plays to choose from. I'd say Corral is definitely more in line with what McAdoo had Eli running with the Giants, quick strikes in stride for YAC. Darnold waits/thinks too long and then tries to compensate by drilling the ball to the guy where we saw all those drops and hospital balls last season.
  9. I would say they're going to want to see if the cheap guy can get it done instead of signing Darnold to an extension and having Corral rot his cheap years away on the bench.
  10. He's better than Jordan or Miller, Rhules favorite OG's of last year
  11. Kinda off topic but since you mentioned that, don't you think it's strange we just built a road grading O-line that would destroy our small/fast D-line? I think they're getting somewhere with the offensive identity but I really don't understand the D-line situation
  12. Corral will start the week after Rhule gets fired and McAdoo/Wilks take over. I prefer Wilks as he's more of a people person
  13. Ekwonu was 93.8 in run and 78.3 in pass last year according to PNP
  14. TRADE BACK FOR WHAT?? haha I love Pat, so glad he didn't retire for real
  15. If Rhule can't win with this roster by week 5 he's gone. Give Tomlin this team and they're in the playoffs no matter how average the QB is
  16. And these new O-line guys actually enjoy hitting people. I'd rather swing and miss guys than toll booths
  17. Howell already has a weird kinda dad bod thing going on. Have a feeling he's gonna be like 6'1" 250 in the not too distant future
  18. D'Onta Foreman is a bruiser and he's got hands, won't the same kinda drop off as last year if CMC goes down in that regard.
  19. That's the point where Rhule gets fired midseason after Tepper gave him this last chance and fixed everything else for him/forced him to give up control and had Fitt solve a bunch of problems
  20. Interesting thing is they basically have the same amount of time to learn Mcadoo's new playbook, so it's not like Sams coming in with the advantage of 1 year in the system. I'm just speculating and it could go either way, but Corral had pretty limited talent around him last year and only time will tell if the coach tailored all the RPO/QB run things to Corral, or if it was the only way they could win as a whole because those WR"s sucked
  21. I think he's already put on 7 pounds since his last college weigh in. He's at 6'2" 212 and Lamar Jackson was 6'2" 208 on his RAS so not that worried about that. I've watched some games too and from what I can tell he had a great connection with Elijah Moore in 2020, and he had a pretty bad team this past year yet somehow willed the team to a better record by scrambling more than he probably intended to. I saw a lot of looking at his first read at least, guy blanketed so running for the first down. Definitely some timing/accuracy issues between him and the WR's but also lots of dropped catchable balls
  22. I think McAdoo probably had some influence in the pick. Corrals the best guy in the class to run his style of quick throws for YAC, and add in RPO's with CMC. Corrals biggest problem is the opposite of Darnold, when he misses he's usually getting the ball out too quick and that's easier to fix than having a guy that can't process fast enough. Watching some of his film from last year his team fuging sucked and he basically willed them to that record running so much. When he had Elijah Moore the throws looked a lot better and we got DJ for that
  23. Yeah I agree, don't mind the runs but he needs to slide or run out of bounds more often than lowering that shoulder.
