More of the same, Mayfield trying to make plays to win and Darnold playing it safe with check downs and short runs. Maybe if Higgins was getting #3 reps instead of Saunders things would look differently. I know they're fluffing the guy up but a 5'10" 190lb guy running a 4.7 isn't going to scare an NFL defense in a real game. One of those Rhuleisms -
Right the appeal will increase the suspension, but then Watson/NFLPA will sue Goodell in federal court and then a real judge will decide whether he can play or not before his court date.

Zeke got to play after he sued the NFL, Adrian Peterson didn't get to play because he lost his appeal while waiting for his domestic court date. Could go either way depending on the federal judge

Zeke did get to play after taking his suspension to a federal judge, didn't start serving his suspension til week 10 of 2017. Not sure why the exempt list didn't come into play

The NFLPA agreed on this policy, so if they didn't appeal the initial suspension i think they'd have a hard time arguing against the increased number of games.

So if it goes to court does Goodell finally use the exempt list, or does Cleveland let Watson play until the court case? Also would Watson have to physically show up to court when it's really the NFL vs NFLPA going at it?

Robbie went for almost 1k and 7 td's with Josh McCown in 2017 before Sam go drafted. The two years he's not played with Sam he hit around 1k. He can't really hit those numbers with check downs
