Finally getting around to practice

They expect him to but it's still a hamstring, those linger and can flare up when going full speed

I hate that guy but he's not wrong on this lol.

I made it about 2 minutes, abysmal footwork and he will never correct it because he has to do that style due to his height. Also the arm motion, throwing with your arm extending as high as possible doesn't seem like the best option to generate pure arm strength.
