  1. The Eagles super bowl run with Wentz/Foles was impressive. I don't recall that many details aside from they passed the ball a lot and the Philly special play in the actual SB
  2. It's really hard to evaluate. It's so boring to watch yet somehow there's 40 points on the scoreboard in the 3rd quarter. The scrambles look slow to me compared to NFL standards, his combine testing is going to be interesting. RAS gonna be like a 6
  3. I'd like to say maybe we lucked out not hiring him but that would insist we have something formidable which is not the case. Maybe he regrets not taking our OC job? We probably have the better talent as a whole
  4. Yeah and you also have to want Phil Snow because without him Rhule is just a guy that can say a lot of words
  5. 6 weeks after being fired, with 7 more weeks plus the playoffs to go? I can't recall anyone doing that, or why anyone besides him and his agent would have any interest in having him do any media at the moment. Brian Flores did a few shows in the offseason but he actually had the lawsuit to talk about. Sean Payton is on a couple shows here and there but he's "retired" and also talks about football things because he knows football things. Sounds like Rhule just talked about himself
  6. Please no, half the benefit of him being gone is not having to look or listen to him
  7. True, I wouldn't be surprised if Arizona moves on from Kyler in a couple years anyway, dead cap hit is manageable after 2024. They probably need to see him with a different HC before then to determine if Kingsbury is the problem or if they're both children
  8. No coincidence that Luke and Stew were back at the first practice of the post Rhule era and the media team was allowed to post it online
  9. Basically “I miss being at practice. I miss being with the guys. I miss seeing something done wrong and, ‘Hey, let’s stop it and do it again.’ I miss teaching.”
  10. We don't need Quinn, Falcons defense always sucked he just got lucky with prime Ryan/Jones and other solid WR's for a few years. At least Wilks is a good locker room guy and motivator. Quinn would be a vibe killer
  11. He misses the power trip. He literally said he misses correcting people when they do something wrong like he has any actual on field football IQ about technique.
  12. Don't try to make too much sense out of his QB opinions
  13. Chuba had 4 rushes for zero yards lol. In such a close game I really don't understand why Foreman only got 11 carries. 2-3 yards a carry is better than Baker throwing the ball away or taking sacks
  14. That they sent him home asap is interesting. Like Sunday or Monday morning. I wonder how much cash they had to throw at people to keep it hush. I knew cops down there can be bribed, not sure how you get the whole Hard Knocks crew to not leak anything though.
  15. There's a difference between NFL assistant/position coaches that have been in the league for 5-10 years and a college guy like Rhule who's only connection was a retired Tom Coughlin from what was basically the equivalent of an internship 10 years ago
  16. The Broncos Defense can definitely bring back that trauma.
  17. I really didn't think Baker would be playing such a scared mundane style of QB. All three of these guys are auditioning for jobs next year so you'd think he'd have a little more yolo ball in him
  18. As long as it's not Dan Quinn. As previously noted, a big issue with a defensive HC is if you do find a good OC they're going to get poached after a year or 2.
  19. I think that'd be DeMeco Ryans, DC of the 49ers, former Middle Linebacker. Not sure why he's getting hyped up so much but he's on all the media lists
  20. Perhaps Wilks watched the all 22 and couldn't wait til tmrw to make the change. Haven't watched yet I'm just assuming
  21. Was Heinicke the best QB since heathy Cam and we let him go for Kyle Allen and Grier?
