Yup only crazy thing they did was trade LT Laremy Tunsil for a a first and 2 round pick I think..He's good but his contract was almost up and he's been injured pretty much all year anyway. I still want Rhule gone but sure would have been nice to have at least all of our picks next draft since that's how most teams rebuild. By the team we're "Built" the whole 2020 drafted D is gonna be up for contract

WFNZ interview with Ellis Williams from Observer
Jackie Lee replied to raleigh-panther's topic in Carolina Panthers
Seriously, change all that out and he's still going to be burning all three timeouts halfway through each half. If you want a puppet at least get someone likeable/former NFL player like Dan Campbell. Even Saleh, at least he doesn't sound like a chipmunk -
Iti's pretty obvious it took about 3 games for the whole league to completely figure out our playbooks/game management issues. That's not gonna go away with higher draft picks and the best FA's, etc. Rhule has shown zero reason why he should get multiple years to learn on the job with no guarantee he's actually ever going to be any good at basic in game management/adjustment. He's shown that his "culture" is one of excuses and scapegoating

rayzor: "We don't want no team that's ok with losing"
Jackie Lee replied to rayzor's topic in Carolina Panthers
And Reddick probably has a 4 year window to win a ring, he should go to a contender. Just because he played at temple doesn't mean he owes Rhule anything loyalty wise. If he had had a bad year Rhule would have thrown him under the bus already -
So Rhule played everyone except BC at left tackle until it's too late to really have a proper evaluation on him. He played ok when he got time, but we have no idea if that's because he'd be better with more snaps or worse with more film for defenses to attack his weaknesses. Thanks to Rhule he's basically a rookie again next year

I think Rhule just doesn't want to be proven wrong on his guard evaluation and arm length thing, he's that messed up in the head
-
Rhule already had his 7 years at Temple and Baylor, he probably used the same line to brag about getting the Panthers job
-
Or the guy playing Miller over Deonte Brown
-
There was a camp confidential thing with a Baylor CB coach, and he was like just cheerleading a practice teaching nothing. There is zero mentorship for these players from this staff. It's like 50 people learning on the job and 10 vets frustrated but needing the paycheck

Let's say we make a change and fire Rhule

If I was working at Taco Bell and had my pick of manager I'd pick Pederson -

After not playing the majority of his 11 rookies yeah I'd question why i'd play for this "rebuild". We could have had been just as bad with a ton of game experience with those guys but they're basically gonna be rookies again next year. Rhule is either clueless or more concerned about keeping his job than progressing. I can't imagine another profession where you get like 3-4 years to learn on the job while losing your company money -
Rhule is in the presser saying the boos were for Sam. What a joke. It's not Sams fault he was traded for and forced to start, pretty sure the boos are directed mainly at Rhule

Pretty sure I'd rather have Detroit or Miami's staff right now -

Great use of our timeouts this half by Rhule once again -

Yeah if it was 4th and 1-3 yards I get it, but either way it just makes the play call obvious to the Bucs. -

Yeah poo Smith who finally got playing time because Zylstra is out. Also the only WR that's successfully scrambled all season -

All that and a wasted timeout for 3 points...It's actually more beneficial for the Bucs D for diagnosing the play. So dumb -

CJ Henderson looking like he was worth that 3rd round pick? After him and Sam Rhule should never get another project player ever again. Oh and that Darryl Johnson guy for a 6th, haven't heard his name all year -

OK next drive Rhule is gonna burn timeout number 2 and put Sam in, burn timeout 3 and put Cam back in -

For all the talk about short arms Rhule sure does love Bravvion Roy and the 30"ers -

Here's another staff imposed DBO. I think Rhule is trying to get canned at this point -
Sam Darnold likely starting again for last few games
Jackie Lee replied to Saca312's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yeah I feel like this is the used car salesman's last push to convince Tepper that he didn't blow it investing that much into Darnold. At this point he doesn't care about anything but trying to force Sam into some level of success to justify Tepper keeping them both around next year. The Rhule culture seems to be excuses and scapegoating to cover his own ineptitude for as long as possible -
Yes, because other teams drafted quality linemen, if they aren't quality they release them. It's like the rarest position to fix in free agency. That all defensive draft was cool though
