  1. Yeah I'm sure he's factoring in the division talent. Imagine if we'd drafted Trey Smith instead of the Long Snapper last year and Deonte Brown had gotten more playing time to show he's legit. Those positions would be good selling points but are instead question marks thanks to Rhule
  2. In an ideal world, Watson basically did nothing too fuged up to these ladies, he gets to talk to Tepper and tells him if Rhule can't get his poo together he gets input on the next HC for 2023 and we can sign some decent FA's next year to take over the division. Worst case scenario Saints get Watson, we draft Kenny Pickett and we basically all stop watching Panthers games for a few years. I think Tepper is losing patience and going ham behind the scenes
  3. Haha great for the ignore button. A bunch of these new accounts will probably become inactive if the trade doesn't go through anyway
  4. Last I heard, Rhule mentioned wanting to reteach TMJ his gait so he can stay healthy. Pretty sure that means he's never going to be fully healthy and Rhule is going to somehow make his gait worse than it already is
  5. Yeah from a business standpoint I'm thinking Tepper is willing to gamble, even if it involves him under the table telling Watson he can be involved in the HC decision after this year if Rhule continues to flop. It's such a weird balance of success/profit/unknowing of the civil trials but it's definitely like some movie Any Given Sunday type poo with some subject matter changed
  6. Even though he's cleared on the criminal stuff for now, Tepper is really taking a gamble on when Watson actually has to speak in the civil cases and will probably have to go into graphic detail about whatever went down. And then you want to fill up the stadiums and market him to kids somehow to sell jersey's or whatever. That's the dark poo capitalist approach that's keeping me in disarray. Tepper's probably hoping winning games or some other scandal distracts people eventually. I'm not religious or conservative at all but that's some weird poo for parents to explain why the QB was in lawsuits for like 2 years
  7. So he could say he'll go to the 9ers or Steelers or something as his 1 team if the Texans ok it? Otherwise he has veto power until the Texans cave on a mutual situation?
  8. Who is this source reporting he'll waive it? Rhule telling Tepper that so he won't get fired? Oh yeah me and Watson, great pals go way back
  9. Aside from the pass protection and DB's they were pretty decent. Burrow and two good young WR's, Joe Mixon was pretty good. Imagine our coaches designing a 3/8 defensive scheme halftime adjustment to beat the Chiefs. We have pretty similar rosters minus the QB, add our coaching staff to their team and they definitely lose that Chiefs playoff game.
  10. He's been clocked at sub 4.40 in the past so probably didn't seem worth risking stressing something. I don't think he was recovering from a recent injury or anything like that
  11. He's the kinda guy I woulda taken in the 3rd/4th last year and he'd be a decent backup QB for 4 years. Like slightly better than Will Grier
  12. The fact that Tepper is pushing for that, and the fact that Watson could reject it because our HC, who Tepper hired is a complete moron is it's own poo show inside of the main poo show.
  13. Especially with the women testifying and him planning on pleading the fifth
  14. Yeah, he made some great throws on film. Physically he just needs to work on his footwork in the pocket, which is what I think Mcadoo worked on with Eli that helped him progress for those couple years. Reading NFL Defenses is probably his biggest question mark. Maybe he picks it right up, maybe he struggles with it. Seemed like a bright guy at the combine
  15. Rivera coached circles around Rhule in the WFT game last season.
  16. I don't understand swapping out one guy who folds under pressure for an even more conservative game manager who folds under pressure.
  17. WFT trading away their 2nd and 3rd round picks this year in a good day 2 draft is a horrible move. This is Hurney though, bad trade but he'd probably screw up the draft picks anyway
  18. Yeah so total reset and DK just stuck there with his pacifier lol, now with the 9th pick in a weird draft it seams like a strange time but maybe they wanna tank for a year
  19. At least they put themselves in the position of being flexible to go either direction. They can tank next year and hope they land a cheap QB and a couple other starters, or they can afford Watson and go crazy in 2023 FA after feeling out next year. They really aren't tied up in shitty contracts like us
  20. Depending on this court date on Friday I'm sure the Steelers, 9er's, Seahawks, etc are in the race. Seahawks roster isn't great but probably still preferable to our poo show for Watson, and now they have the capital to make the deal
  21. WFT offered 3 1st's for Wilson so I totally believe it. They'll also have the leverage of Heinickie on a $3M deal next year for a bridge, who we could have kept and is better than Darnold. Heinickie and Kyle Allen both were at least more fun to watch and were basically free
  22. If he's that concerned he can come on here and realize Pickett isn't going to sell thousands of jerseys or whatever he cares about. I think all these guys underestimated the impact of Cam during his prime years on fan excitement
  23. What draft pick? They just traded this and next years 1 and 2's for Wilson
  24. We're gonna get CMC to the Bills for a 2nd and Beasley, draft Pickett and I'm going to stop watching the games
  25. Even if he pleads the fifth, the Jury can still pretty quickly decide if this whole thing goes criminal or not based on the women's testimonies. I think he'd still get some suspension time if it was just civil but criminal could be a lot bigger than just his NFL availability
