This is pretty much the trend in the power rankings I've seen slowly trickle out. Rank usually 23-28, roster is pretty good but Rhule is a liability, etc.. 23. Carolina Panthers: Baker Mayfield beat out Sam Darnold for the starting quarterback job. Now he has to swim upstream against the brain trust of Matt Rhule and Ben McAdoo.

Judging by Hurneys drafts and lack of roster churning it didn't seem like there was much depth to his decision making.

We also barely practiced red zone. Tabor and McAdoo today actually sounded like guys that know what they're doing, so that was a nice change from last year

Yeah for some reason she was a Bills sideline reporter for the game. She tried to reach out to Baker and he was like nah, why would he? She'd probably leak that exchange next time she's on TV. Baker did have a little snark when he mentioned the media is thirsty because he intentionally hasn't given them any headlines this offseason, which I agree with. I bet the NFL is already trying to get him Mic'd up for that game
