  1. Yeah I'll take the guy it's harder to game plan against. Teams are going to try to force Bryce to play from the pocket and disrupt his vision, and when that works every team is going to copy whatever winning formula some team comes up with. With Stroud we saw in the GA game he can beat blitzes, can stay in the pocket, if you go man he can run for a first and take a hit, etc. Just get the vibe he'll transition to the NFL better.
  2. Well it's a good day to visit the Saints message board lol. You can feel the mundane
  3. I really don't understand what the plan is in New Orleans. Signing Carr and Winston, while losing a bunch of guys in FA. It's like halfway between a rebuild but paying Carr legit money when he's the type of QB that needs tons of help around him to succeed. Strange
  4. Rookie WR's have been balling out of the gate the last few years. Gotta be trying to reset the vet market.
  5. He's going on season three here and since day one he's trained four to five days a week at 6 in the morning. Offseason.
  6. Where's the insider that said he was looking for $16M a year?
  7. Another one. Thought Evero might grab him for cheap
  8. Not a fan of subbing guys in in the secondary, offenses will figure those coverages out real quick. Shaq and Chinn would be an odd pairing for ILB's as well. Tricky situation
  9. He wouldn't even take off the hoodie. I bet that extra 10-15 pounds didn't look particularly healthy
  10. 49ers haven't actually had a running threat at QB in a while, which is odd considering they don't ask them to do anything special in the passing game. I guess Lance was supposed to be that, Jimmy G and Purdy definitely weren't.
  11. CMC is probably happy to have his friend there actually
  12. Purdy can start throwing/rehabbing in 3 months, arm should be back to as good as it's gonna get by September
  13. Has a team ever had such blatant disregard for their rookie QB than the Jets? Wilson must be the worst on and off the field
  14. Whatever they labeled him as it was the proper way to use him. People knew this before he was even drafted. Chinn is at his best when he's actively engaged and not sitting in space dissecting what comes next. His ball skills and athleticism are strengths that help define his value and teams will need to find ways to put him in position to utilize both without exposing his inconsistent field awareness. He might find a future role as a big nickel or a cover linebacker who can drag tight ends around the field in sub-packages.
