CJ Stroud: I’m a football player, not a test taker
Jackie Lee replied to NAS's topic in Carolina Panthers
If he's there at 9 it's going to be chaos in here -
I imagine half the media is in KC already but better than nothing
-
It was really tough doing mock drafts when we were at 9. Feels like after the top two QB's and D-line guys it's a ton of 2nd round talent
-
What about taking into account half the population are fans of other teams?
-
I like Mingo, I'm most curious about how Thomas Brown and Tabor settle on the return positions. That'll be a major factor in how many they keep and activate
-
If we naturally sucked into the 1st overall pick I would be more ok with it

Luke as orator about the number 1 pick
Jackie Lee replied to raleigh-panther's topic in Carolina Panthers
Gotta say it was a weird choice to have Cam running in a TD and calling him Superman when they're trying to hype up a 5'10" qb who probably won't be allowed to run QB sneaks. I get that he was a #1 pick but show him passing the ball instead -
Knowing how Fitterer likes to maneuver the draft
Jackie Lee replied to byob1013's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yeah after doing numerous mock drafts, I'd rather pick at 39 and move back up into the 2nd/early 3rd for another impact player. We've already got projects on the roster left over from the rhule era and we'll add about 15-20 UDFA's. The UDFA's alone will probably land us a backup guard or DT or something -
Yeah that's why Darnold had a good scripted opening drive and then we sucked ass for the next 45 minutes or so. The lack of halftime adjustments...
-
He replies since 2020. I hope the media coverage is better too because it was dumb to be afraid of leaking practice tape. Only letting Darnold play like 5 snaps in preseason didn't do much for the last guy

I could see a trade up to fill that gap between 39 and 93 or whatever, and taking a lot more flyers on UDFA's. If they move down from 39 it would only be a handful of slots for an extra 3rd to package and move back up -

We're going to pick up almost 20 UDFA's so take that into consideration -
Bill Voth drops a not-so-subtle hint on who the #1 pick is
Jackie Lee replied to Julio's topic in Carolina Panthers
It's invaluable in that sense. No one getting paid, just working class people telling you how to get fuged the least. Otherwise I see little value -
Whatever happens it's nice to see Corral moving around. He got screwed and still seems to be optimistic despite his "character concerns"

Yeah I don't understand how people can use reddit as a sports forum. It's useful for like googling how to fix a clogged drain or something -

Guys could also go to training camp and take photos and video without rhule freaking out. That's why I started following this board in the first place, Igo's camp photos and write ups. I didn't actually start posting til covid boredom -
Whole int is good, but Kaye also thinks Thielen is going to be in the slot 80%. If you move it back a bit talks about Shenault/Shi etc
