I think he was even pulled from starting rg at joint practice, after getting the reps all training camp. I thought he was a play anywhere on the line guy, guard should mentally be the easiest spot and he kept getting penalties
-
Yeah I'm surprised he's anywhere near Bryce after he pancaked a guy into Joe Burrows ACL a couple years ago. Total Rhule signing

Probably wont get enough updates from practices to make daily topics so just gonna dump tweets here

A Reminder That It's Not 2022. It's A Whole New Season and League.

Newton wants the smoke from the coaches. Only time I can enjoy the guys antics -

Guessing CJ @#2 -
We better not suck in pass pro all game next week because its apparently an issue for the Giants Pass-rushing Depth is a Concern The Giants did not dress any regular contributors in their defensive front seven. The defense was 13th in sacks last season, and most of those sacks came from guys not dressed for the first preseason game. What was left was a bunch of guys who needed to prove they could get to the quarterback. Outside of a couple of pressures by Tomon Fox and a late-game sack by Habakkuk Baldonado, pressure on the Lions' quarterbacks was scarce. Part of that could be due to how vanilla the defense was in the game, but it highlighted that without the defensive staff scheming up a way to get to the quarterback, these second and third units struggled to win 1-on-1 battles.

Yeah, going 0-2 in division games to start the season is now a concern. I think most teams use preseason week 2 as dress rehearsal now so we better not hear about generic play calling or whatever on Friday if we still look lost. -
Sam looked way better than Lance

I think we're getting Darnold after halftime

Trey Lance is getting the Panthers O-line treatment

Positive from Today: Bryce Young's Talent in One Play

Yeah I think Corral still looked better than last preseason considering he was barely getting 2 seconds to get rid of the ball each snap -

He didn't panic under pressure, Corral missed a couple reads a pro would have made. I wonder if they regret not having Dalton out there a series or two to evaluate the O-line and backup receivers better. Assuming they didn't think it was going to be this bad all around for the offense -
Ok got off work late and just got the bootleg replay. YGM sucks, Wilson targeted his side that first series for easy yards.

Good to see Donte look healthy and confident. Waiting for this replay site to upload the condensed game to actually watch individual performances. Barno getting through two guys for a sack was cool too, his strength was a question mark -
Dunc saying Dalton should start under this mess of oline instead if killing these rookies. I kinda agree it's worth a look of what a decent vet would have done today under the circumstances
