Well....if you think about it, he'd be in the same situation had we drafted Fields instead. So no matter what QB is there, the shortcomings will always fall on him. Joe better wake the f*ck up.

Me neither. I've taken to just recording the game, then looking later to see what the final score is, and finally determining (if it's a loss) whether to watch the game and look for the positives or just say "f*ck it." and delete the vid without even bothering. Hope it's a win, though.....Even an ugly win would be preferable at this point. Someone said that while Sam may not be the franchise QB we're looking for, he may be a good bridge QB if they don't get him killed first. I disagree that he can't be a Franchise-level QB. I think his struggles are mainly due to the O-Line preventing any further development (yes, he has made a few questionable decisions with the football but that can be fixed). I fear that we won't truly know what we have until the O-Line is HOPEFULLY addressed this offseason.

Yeah. I mean our Offense has struggled a bit but our "D" is going to keep Minny below 20 points. We need our "O" to score just a tad more than that and we're golden.

Yeah he has flaws and you are right to be concerned. But I will try to stay optimistic and believe the team will rise to the occasion Tomorrow and NOT suck (and win the game). For that to happen, though, Sam must NOT suck so "Paging Mr. Brady....you have Sam on Line 1...". Roll-outs, Bootlegs, anything to get him moving and not keeping him in one place where he would get annihilated by the O-Line's Turnstile Performers. . (and stfu, kungfool)

It's not a must-win but it's a need-to-win game. Starting off with a 3-game winning streak and then following it up with a 3-game losing streak would erase every good feeling we had and every accomplishment the team got at the start of the season. I just want a win so we can feel good about things, dammit.

In all seriousness, I'm rooting for a win. but I'm drinking regardless.

First off, that was not my intention to get the Trolls to love me. THEY CAN FUG RIGHT OFF! But the picture I was putting up was merely pointing out that Ian was open. I am new here so I'm not so familiar with Ian's catching abilities in the clutch so I can only go by what I saw and he was open for what looked to be an easy pitch-and-catch if Sam saw him. But if he's butterfingers when it really counts, then I don't blame you for not having confidence in him there. And Joe Brady desperately needs to do more rollouts with Sam. Anything to get him away from what I call Turnstile-City. It's the only way we will have a chance to win this Sunday.

Welp....so much for that. Our "D" better come with a similar effort they did against the Eagles. And our "O"? Please do not suck. That's all I ask. (and Joe Brady, for the love of god, please call more bootlegs and rollouts for Sam to get him away from Turnstile-City?!!?!)

And that is a very depressing thought, too. And the QB class of 2021-22 doesn't look all that impressive right now to root for a Tank either. If Sam is 2020 Jets Sam, then we're stuck with him until the end of his contract.
