Panthers may now be hesitant to trade back...
glenwo2 replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
TRADE. DOWN. That's it. The only person who thinks the panthers are hesitant is the person who wrote that article. It's all speculation at this point. But knowing Fitterer's history, i fully expect another Trade-Down'athon. -
I can get behind that. Certainly a better option than friggin' Darnold.
-
fixed.

There's a better chance of this team going undefeated. I look forward to the inevitable trainwreck.

The Money and lost draft picks would've been too high a price anyway.
-
Thanks, Kevin Nash.

We also don't have to deal with the PR nightmare by the MeToo movement either.
-
Sam may not survive the full season behind the O-Line if it's not upgraded. Not like he did any better when he had time in the pocket but still....
-
And what the f-ck?? The BROWNS??? Well okay then. Good Luck, Cleveland.

Welp... We may still have a dumpster fire at QB going on but at least we won't have one involving a Sexual Predator at QB. Always look at the bright side of things....

Trade Down or Trade Away Player(s)
glenwo2 replied to DaveThePanther2008's topic in Carolina Panthers
You know what the worst part of all this is? We'll be having the same arguments/debates/conversations NEXT OFFSEASON, too. -
Name something specific that would get you pumped for this season
glenwo2 replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
I can't. -
You're right. At the end of the day, this has nothing to do with the Carolina Panthers. We suck right now and will continue to suck. When's the draft so we can see Fitt trade down a billion times again?
-
Actually, by my logic, I was referring to those who never played a single down in a regular season game, let alone playoff game...let alone SuperBowl Game. If it's that easy to get a SuperBowl ring just for being a tackling dummy in practice, then sign me the f*ck up, Coach. To quote an OPRAH WINFREY'ism : "You get a SuperBowl Ring....YOU get a SuperBowl ring....EVERYONE apparently gets a SuperBowl Ring!"

Offseason finally here. Let's get down to business.
glenwo2 replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
He won't. He is what he is : A failure. A bum. A Bust. The Jets suckitude as a franchise cleverly masked Sam's suckitude as a QB. And the Panthers were the suckers for trading a ransom for this Shrek-looking clown. -

Whichever comes first. -
No it's not. 'Cause if it is, we might as well write off next season RIGHT NOW.

This guy got a participation trophy just for being at the right place at the right time....yet he didn't even participate. Just thought I'd share THAT fun fact with you.
-
I wouldn't call that funny. I'd call that ridiculous. To me, those who are on the practice squads are those who DID NOT MAKE THE TEAM. And those who did not make the team should *NOT* get a ring just because they just happen to be in the organization. It basically turns SuperBowl Rings into participation trophies instead of well-earned rewards for battling in the actual game for the victory. It's a friggin' joke.

Ron Torbert should never officiate another NFL game again, if I had my way. What a total crock of sh*t this clown is.

I have to say this : That blatant facemask that was inexplicably missed by the Refs in the first quarter was what set the tone to keep this a competitive game all throughout. Otherwise, this would've been an absolute clinic by the Rams with the Bengals playing catchup all game long. For me, as a fan with no horse in the race, I had no issue with that missed call(there was another egregious one missed against the Rams later on but it all evens out) as I got a fun SB that wasn't a blowout for either team but instead went down to the wire. For Bengals fans, this will hurt even worse than all the losing years they've had because of how DIFFICULT it is to even get to this point...let alone win the SB. For Rams fans? Or more accurately, for Matthew Stafford fans : You got your wish. A SB win for Matt aka a huge middle finger at the Detroit Lions franchise for WASTING Matt's prime years there.
