  1. How would they blow draft position if the worst they will get is 9th? c'mon now....
  2. If Option 3 is Harbaugh, then yes. I want Option 3 as well.
  3. Best thing about this is that none of them is Matt Rhule.
  4. When you turn the ball over less than you throw TD passes, then yeah. Darnold is "efficient". And I'm saying this based on his season overall (however "smallish sample size" it is) But whatever.... Backup is his only future in this league. (no sarcasm)
  5. "our offensive staff" = Joe Brady (who is now just a QBs coach in Buffalo 'cause he sucked at being OC?) Plus, it didn't really help that the O-Line then was not-as-good as the O-line was this season. Elflien(sp?) being injured (thereby having Bozeman take his place at Center) turned out to be an absolute BOON for this team. I don't really want to see him at Center anymore, tbh.
  6. Did he say that McDonalds burgers are better than Wendys? If so, no wonder he got a violation.
  7. What? Why is he still focused on someone who was gone since a billion years ago?
  8. He was traded before the Saints game? That's news to me. But in all seriousness, I won't believe he's gone until either some other team signs him or our Head Coach (whomever it is) has both his preferred Starting QB and Backup in the lineup (and Darnold isn't one of them). Until that happens, the possibility of him sticking around will remain. That's the reality of the situation as of right now.
  9. Wouldn't go that far. Daniel Snyder is enough.
  10. Some of those turnovers are not his fault, though. The INT was his fault 100%. The Bozeman snap misfire was Bozeman's (although I do fault Sam for not falling on the ball to at least retain possession). The other fumble was when he was blindsided because Ickey morphed into a turnstile at that point and Sam was going through his wind-up to throw and got hit. It wasn't like he had plenty of time where he just held onto the ball and then got strip-sacked. Anyway, it's all a moot point. Panthers are once again playing out the string and at least they won't be messing up their draft position win or lose this sunday so I hope they "beat the brakes" (am i doing it right, @Jon Snow?) off the Taints.
  11. Sam was an issue but the oline was definitely not fine last season. WTF, man? If anything, the oline is eons better this season than it was last (Bozeman has been a revelation). And as far as dline playmakers go, yeah I agree. But how about we have a Head Coach that won't make STUPID DECISIONS on Defense to prevent long-bombs for TDs being thrown? How about Jaycee Horn try to stay healthy for entire season...FOR A CHANGE?
  12. This is how EVERYONE should view this. No matter who we hire, it won't be Matt Rhule. ....unless we hire Ron Rivera again...in which case, for many of you it will be "GO CANES!"
  13. I imagine it still is. Last season was a pure dumpster fire in that regard. But that said, you have to admit that aside from the Bucs game (where 2 turnovers weren't exactly his fault), he's been pretty mindful of not turning the ball over. Does that mean I want him to Start? Not really. I still want Corral to get a shot. But I wouldn't dismiss him as a Backup too quickly, either.
  14. This next, and probably final game for him as a Panther against the Taints is as much an AUDITION for other teams as it is for the Panthers. I think he'll get signed somewhere and credit MacAdoo for basically saving his career.
  15. ONE? uhh... *looks at stats* I don't think so. Are you sure you're not looking at LAST YEARS Stats? He'll make a very good backup somewhere but he played solid for all but ONE game (the Steelers...and even in that game, he still took care of the football)
  16. Might as well add to the chaos here and put up this vid : lol. Nice game-film work, I guess.
  17. the link sounds funny as f-ck : brown jug hamburger?
  18. I hope they're nuts, then.
