same with us. some wanted to keep sam, trade the pick for more picks and get a QB next year if sam failed. yeah like Franchise QBs grow on trees. people take for granted that every year is going to have 4-5 QB in the top 10-15. not too long ago EJ Manuel was the 1st QB taken at 16 by Buffalo. next was Geno Smith in the 2nd rd. a few years back Murray went a 1 , then Jones and Haskins. were due for a slim QB class. we had the same thing. me and others argued that if you pick at 2 thats the spot for a QB. if not sam will win just enough to keep us out of range for anyone good costing us our 2nd 1st rd pick to move up. kinda like how Sam as bad as he was won just enough games at the end to ruin us getting Trevor. but thats the luck of the Jets.

true, but great QB elevate there teams. look at how many game NE lost without Brady? they couldnt even make the playoffs. he goes to TB and makes a 7-9 team into a 11-5 SB winner. Peyton went 10-6 in 2010. gets hurt in 2011 and Indy goes 2-14. next year they draft Luck and go 11-5. thats what a great QB vs a bad one can do to your team. if Sam was great he would have won more games or played better. he will probably be a avg QB. you probably have to have a stacked team for him to look good. like the Jets in 2009-2010. where Sanchez wasnt ask to do too much but wasnt good enough to elevate his team to a win in 2 championship games.

see thats another question i have. Brady, why is he an offensive mastermind? i think he gets too much credit for being the passing Coordinators at LSU in Burrows last year. his resume is very light. i thought Teddy looked good in NO. i seen some of those games. but apparently you guys are done with him. so Brady couldnt turn him around. sounds like you guys were rebuilding last year so i guess everyone gets a pass. thats cool. im just a little bit cautious to brand anyone a mastermind after one season. reminds me of Gase. he got alot of props and probably the HC jobs at Miami and the Jets because he was Peytons OC coach for 2 years. thats why i think teams shy away from the successful teams coordinators ( ex Bienemy). was it there coaching, or did they have a great team with great players.

hey guys, im a jets fan who been checking you guys out since the Darnold trade. i wanted to see how you liked your new QB. now since then my board has been boring. its all Wilson and Fields tape posted by wanna be QB coaches. ...oh i seen this , oh i spotted that , this guy will be good, or bad. you guys have alot of interesting options that make tomorrow fun. you can trade the pick,... keep it and draft a player... keep it an draft a QB.. i see alot of you guys want to roll with sam, and if hes bad just draft one next year. question is, will Rhule and Brady be here to see it thru? i got to say from what i seen here for a month is the love of these 2 guys. you guys are much easier on HCs then us. Rhule took a 5-11 team to... 5-11. can he survive another 5-11 or worst year? just maybe, the 75% of jets fans who think sam is garbage ( yes we did a poll ) might be right. see i trust the fans more than the tv experts. we watch every play, do they? just like you guys with Teddy. most of his numbers last year would be career highs for sam. yet everyone here is wants him gone. well except for that one Teddy fan who btw is funny as hell. lol i think you have to look at the guys making your picks. they have to have some thought to self preservation. to roll with sam and pass on a QB at 8th. and sam is bad again. i dont think anyone survives that. so for the sake of the GM and HC i cant see them passing on a QB. and dont let a 2nd rd pick you gave up for sam force you into a bad move. Arizona didnt care they wasted a 1 on Rosen. Miami didnt let a 2nd rd pick keep them from putting Rosen on the practice squad. and now i think he is on the practice squad of SF. everyone got that right. will sam be better with Carolina? sure, but thats because he has no where else to go but up. would you trust your NFL careers in Sam Darnolds hands? most people dont get 2nd chances at HC jobs. i cant see them passing on a QB and rolling with sam. and i think Rhule and Brady know this. sam was the best option when they traded for him. but if a QB falls to them, that guy will be a better option. either way you guys have a fun night ahead of you. so many options. my draft will be boring until day 2-3. i know we have a pick at 23 but who knows what will happend there. a million thing can happen before that we have no control over. and BTW what up with his poo and pie stuff? i know you cant curse on these sites but is the owner religious or something? does he not allow you to use the S word for poo? or is it a Carolina thing like... oh look at that car accident... holy poo
