If the team keeps games close and loses because of QB play then he shouldn't be on the hot seat. If all 3 phases of the team are a dumpster fire, then yes he should be on the hot seat.
It isn't his fault we don't have a franchise QB.
The problem with Teddy is that he fits his pre-draft scouting report exactly. He is hardly an upgrade over Kyle Allen and the former GM gave "hardly an upgrade over Kyle Allen" a multi-year $20m contract that could've been put to better use. It was always going to be an uphill battle to be a fan favorite here. Never had a chance.
