  1. No expert on Corral..just watched a lot of football and he doesn't show any traits that indicates he is a starter caliber QB, much less a long term answer. To act as if he has proven otherwise is laughable. His preseason games were God awful.
  2. No need in explanation. People don't understand the game. RBs are a dime dozen. DEs like Brian Burns who have natural pass rushing ability are not.
  3. There is a 99.99% chance if we start Matt Corral at QB next year that we may not win a single ball game. PJ maybe gets us 3 wins.
  4. That's a cop out. No one play, player or part of the game is solely responsible for the outcomes. Except maybe a kicker. Refs make calls. And don't make calls..it happens. If Cam recovers that fumble we may win, if Ron comes in prepared we may win that game. If Mike Tolbert holds on to the football we may win that game. If Remmers wasn't a turn style we may win that game. Football isn't a sport where you can blame one person, player or ref. It's a culmination of moving parts, that's the beauty of it. To win a ball game. It takes all 11 players playing their best each play. Coaching being on their toes each play. And hopefully enough calls go your way that in the end you have a chance to win. People that blame refs suffer from vaginosis.
  5. This new age obsession with "offensive" gurus blows my mind honestly. It only tells me that people know nothing about the game. Andy Reid. Bellichek. And even Sean McVay wasn't some young offensive gurus. They came from extensive coaching background or even family, and understand that football is a multi dimensional sport. The best coaches win by doing the basics, and doing them fundamentally well. Not drawing up the annexation of puerta Rico, and hoping the defense is even half way good enough
  6. It's absolutely pitiful. In this NFL, if you can't stop the run you ain't got a chance in hell at winning a football game. The BASICS of football doesn't exist at the pro-level in Charlotte. Luke and TD have to be ashamed to have ever even represented this team.
  7. I have legit never seen a Carolina team this bad at stopping the run..it's embarrassing we just get manhandled at the point of attack.
  8. Bad move. But we wouldn't be here if he doesn't make that play. This right here is a knee jerk reaction. Still football left.
  9. Our offensive line is dominating this quarter. It's refreshing to watch. We look like a totally different team without that retard coach, and 100million $RB
  10. That play was nasty. He wrecked that guard. Ran through the RB and made the play on the QB in a read option. The skill and awareness on that was really Impressive.
  11. That's the typical assessment of the black QB with running ability. "He's not NFL Ready". He comes from a "one read" option offense. And of course the sub-par white QBs on the title contender that has a plethora of weapons that literally anyone could chunk the ball up to get described as pro ready. Mel Kiper is a nut job. Mcshay, I can't even put a face on. But what the media thinks and what is reality is two totally different things. See Lamar Jackson. Robert Griffin. Mike Vick. Cam Newton. Randall Cunningham. Steve McNair. Daunte Culpepper. All had the exact same assessments.
  12. Baker Mayfield is worse than Sam Darnold. It's unbelievable how bad our QB room is, PJ may very well be our best option under center.
  13. Pretty simple if you ask me. Stop being an idiot, and taking a 5 stop drop on a play action for first down. Hand the ball off to your all pro running back, and give you QB short 2nd and 3rd down opportunities, with quick reads. When the defense collapses on this, open it up and throw underneath after. Idk why we can't just commit to the run Early considering who we have back there. It's honestly amazing at they're situational lack of awareness.
  14. My gawd. In this NFL. 17 pts is a Quarter for most teams in this league. That is more horrendous than I thought.
  15. Rhules best years are behind him. 5 wins is his max in this league, and I'm honestly amazed at that number. They said Carolina has had a lead in the last 19 games. And we have won 5 of them. The saying that his 3rd year trend is major improvement..I think his trend is 5 games. Another squandered year. Another day in Carolina. If it wasn't for my love of this game and fantasy football I wouldnt even tune in to the show of a franchise.
  16. Is it him? Baker has left me confused quite a bit today..NGL. I'm trying to give him the benefit of doubt. But he's missed throws. And made some bone head decisions that luckily haven't ended in a turnover. Our offense just looks out of wack in general. So maybe it is our OC.
  17. Some weeks I agree. Some weeks I don't..lol I was just mad over that fumble. A guy like Robbie just leaves you frustrated bc his potential can be so high but always seems to come up short. He lacks effort at times. And makes mistakes more often than I feel like a guy with his experience should. And this is coming from someone that likes Robbie
  18. Same way Robbie Anderson is still employed. Rhule doesn't take accountability for himself much less his players.
