I think the bigger question is does he want to go to the Jets or is he accepting the visit to get other teams to move in and pony up the money. For whatever reason the NYJ is a horrible place for QBs. The god they worship (Joe Namath) was fugging horrible. They just can’t ever get it right, even when they had Brett Favre for a season. Pennington, Geno ( who is now doing fine now) Wilson, Sanchez, Sam, and a countless list of others. And if he thought the west coast media market was tough, wait until he gets a taste of how critical the NY sports media is.

Kinda different considering Darnold being a FA and a half ass coaching staff. But had Darnold not shitt the bed against Tampa and took us to the playoffs there would be a different perception about him.

Interesting twist regarding Lamar Jackson...

Fffffuuuucccckkkkk no. The guy still wants a hell of a lot of guaranteed money and it’s reported that he and the Ravens are 100 million apart on negotiation. He has missed 10 games in the last 2 years. I’m good.- 164 replies

Eagles lost both coordinators and no telling how many assistant coaches will go with them. Also have a bunch of pending FAs. They aren’t going back next year. Playoffs maybe. If NYG can make a few tweaks and the Vikings can get there defense even around average, I could see those two in the NFC CG.

Been 15 years for me after only smoking for 12. Sometimes I still feel like I could smoke one as long as a golf club. Not nearly as bad as that first year though.

If we are at 20 this year after the past 5 years we are doing something right and should keep whatever QB we have.

The only QB in this draft I would take is with a 1st is Stroud and maybe Young. You see how fragile Tua is and Bryce is smaller, plus the whole height thing. After Stroud had a good game against Georgia people seem to have forgotten he had one of the highest single read rates in the NCAA from a school that is notorious for QB proofing offenses. if you are going to go up that high for either of them you are going to sell the farm. This year you have a bunch of teams needing a QB so the price will likely be higher than usual.

What is it with this fanbase and their love for bridge vet QB's?

Stop deflecting from me calling you out on your bullshit. I’m 99% sure we the same color bro. It ain’t baiting, it’s about your bullshit wanting a flashy QB over somebody that can win and trying to argue your raggedy ass points with your 15 accounts like everybody here is stupid. -

Nah man it ain’t like that. You don’t give af about what’s best for the team you just get on here and spew your poo about AR, Cam, and any QB that don’t run is garbage. Act like half of us don’t you know you got like 5 accounts you log into to back yourself up on. And now I call you out on it and I’m the bad guy. -

When the mf actually plays. Carr is cheaper, Carr doesn’t require draft capital, and Carr fits Frank’s system. The dude trashes every white QB on these boards in search of the next Cam Newton. Idc if the dude is alien , if he’s the best QB available and can win my black ass will be in his jersey every Sunday. -

Nah you can just be honest you want a black QB regardless of how good they are. -

Yeah doesn’t Carr have like the most 4th Q come backs and game winning drives since 2014 or something? -

A) Carr has a slight advantage on availability. Important to note how Ravens fans bitched about how long it took him to heal from his MCL sprain and Carr drug himself out there with a groin tear like the next week. B) you have to give up draft capital for Lamar and likely more money. It hasn’t taken the Ravens this long to resign him for no reason and the reports are saying he could want a contract fully guaranteed like Watson’s. -
would you be opposed to moving back up for Bijan Robinson?
Cdparr7 replied to micnificent28's topic in Carolina Panthers
I think he’s talking about trading back for a RB and pocketing picks. IF we trade back a TE or safety that can actually cover -
He did, I think both would just be a Reich proxy as far as playcalling goes. It could be either, I just lean towards JBC because of the connections. The way things are going this cycle it could be Jeff Davidson for all we know.

Jeff Nixon can take his ass somewhere else.

For those of you that put a lot of stock in mock drafts. This is from Chad Reuter at NFL Network 1 week before the draft. He has 5 QBs going in the 1st round. Pick 2: Kenny Pickett Pick 8: Malik Willis Pick 12: Matt Corral Pick 16: Desmond Ridder Pick 32: Sam Howell This is how they actually went: Pick 20: Kenny Pickett Pick 74: Desmond Ridder Pick 86: Malik Willis Pick 94: Matt Corral Pick 137: Bailey Zappe Pick 144: Sam Howell
-
I would be fine with either but I think the job is JBCs. He’s worked with Caldwell and Reich.
-
I don’t know what mouth breather thinks AR in Carolina is a move for them to build around. The guy is 3-4 years from playing at his ceiling (if it’s even that high) and he doesn’t even really fit in Reich’s offense.
-
The answer is yes.
-
He doesn’t follow us on Twitter, he only follows the 49ers and Colts there.

Yeah it is.

Yeah what fugging Cam Newton is in this draft?
