  1. No, that would be your kicker kicking it out of bounds with a minute left in the Super Bowl.
  2. I almost wonder if swapping him and Brady in Frank’s offense would be a better scheme fit now.
  3. God I’m ready for October so all the fair weather fans will be gone again.
  4. Luton threw a horrible pick mainly because he was running for his life in the endzone thanks to Jordan and Coleman but he has had some good touch on passes. I almost like his release better than Corral’s. Idk what it is but Corral’s passes seem to take forever to leave his hand and they come out with no zip.
  5. Exactly. Same concept if he fumbled at the 1 and it rolled out of the back of the end zone.
  6. I thought the same but it’s Panthers -4.5 and they the score already hit the over
  7. No. He wants to be Cam. People want him to be Cam. But he’s not Cam. He has the arm strength to make some harder throws but he’s inconsistent and raw. People like to cherry pick where he made this throw or that one but in reality he’s 13/29 139 yards 0 TD and 1 INT on the preseason. Post a highlight of his incompletions which are 56% of the throws he made to see what I’m talking about.
  8. “Watch these highlights, close your eyes and tell me”
  9. He can be a perennial Pro Bowl LT in the right scheme. In some schemes he is better off at G. Really going to depends how he is utilized in his career.
  10. I’ve been to about 3/4 of the stadiums with the newer ones and Lambeau being the ones that I have not visited. I don’t know that I would put ours at 22. 14-17 maybe but who knows. Maybe these newer stadiums have knocked us down from a few years back.
  11. I swear Derek Wright sabotaging people to make the 53
  12. Moves he has made that I don’t like: -Trading for Sam Darnold -Trading for Baker Mayfield -Trading up for Matt Corral -Trading for CJ Henderson -Not trading Burns for 3 first round picks -Extending Donte Jackson -Extending Robbie Anderson -Taking Horn over Surtain, Slater, and Fields. -Extending Ian Thomas -Resigning Michael Jordan/Not cutting Michael Jordan. -This weird insistence that Stephen Sullivan is an NFL TE. -Assisting Rhule in his Baylor/Temple cronyism and nepotism. -And I’m pretty sure I’m going to hate this trading up for DJ Johnson pick as well. I don’t really mind him taking Icky over Neal but I still think Icky is going to have a hard time adapting to being a LT in a passing offense that isn’t run first. In my opinion he has done more than enough to go out the door.
  13. Yeah I’m really not a big fan of Fitterer. “I really don’t buy the whole Matt Rhule made every move that was bad and I made all the good ones” vibe that comes from the team. Like Matt Rhule just busted up in his office and started whooping his ass with a belt if he didn’t make a roster move. I like the OL investment but I really think the OL improvement we seen last year was from Wilks running the ball 35 times per game and getting the ball out quick and I think we are seeing that in this new system with the breakdowns in protections.
  14. Don’t play with my emotions. I thought this was real.
  15. Andy Dalton will fill in for an injured Bryce Young Over/Under 4.5 games
  16. You need to delete this. You’re gonna have Scott Fitterer dying to send a 6th and 4th to get him in time for his 5th year option.
  17. Dalton seen that OL and was like “yeah I’ll sit this one out”
  18. You will when you see whose worse than him on the depth chart.
  19. We beat the Bills in the preseason 21-0 last year. Remember how bad they sucked last year.
  20. It takes a couple of years. There are different skill sets you have to acquire on the roster, and then you have the learning curve for everyone getting used to the new roles and responsibilities.
  21. Yeah we don't even really have the true personnel for a 3-4 defense yet. We also have zero proven X factor players on offense. Sanders has had a few decent years, Bryce is a rookie but everyone else would be depth guys on other rosters. We need another offseason to have the roster.
  22. Too many people are still shell shocked from how bad the last regime was. A) The gameplan was pretty bland, likely to see who could execute the basics and not give any regular season opponents game film. B) It is a pre-season game, and the Jets do have a very talented roster with depth. C) Expectations were never supposed to be high for this season. We are like 25th in the power rankings and betting odds for the SB. THE FAN BASE CREATED THESE HIGH EXPECTATIONS. The only thing we should be concerned about is if there isn't any progression between weeks 1 and 18 and at that point it will probably be Scott on the chopping block not Frank. I will say that the OL performing the way it did was concerning considering how we left off last year. That was the one group I didn't expect to see any regression from.
