  1. My biggest what if? Glad you asked I think about it a lot. In 2010 we went into the season with Matt Moore who had shown promise and Jimmy Clausen a second round bust but at the time was the most “pro ready QB” in the draft. Moore came out flat (not really his fault) and benched himself after a couple of games. Clausens turn and he was DOGSHIT. Moore comes back in and beats the 49ers, showing flashes of himself from the previous year and injures his Shoulder. Clausen finishes the year, Panthers go 2-14 and lock up the number 1 pick (Cam Newton). Had Moore not injured his shoulder, good chance we would have won more games. How many? Idk but more, certainly pushing us out of the number 1 pick. Would Fox have been retained? Would Moore have reclaimed the starting job? Would we have drafted Blaine Gabbert or Jake Locker? Would we have signed Matt Hasselbeck? Or traded for Donovan McNabb or Carson Palmer who were both traded that offseason. We will never know. We gained Cam all thanks to Matt Moore’s shoulder.
  2. Yeah not him either. Mingo or nobody apparently. Marshall is a bust, Shenault is basically a running back, maybe give the return guy some routes. Hell maybe one of the practice squad guys, who knows at this point.
  3. Terrace Marshall has disappeared again, I think he played 30% of the passing snaps while Mingo played 90 something. Safe to label him as a bust.
  4. At least it was shotgun or Throckmorton would have had a false start.
  5. I still think Stroud was the best pick. I still think AR will be a bust. He has had some flashes but 2 game and 2 injuries already.
  6. Chinn is overrated as well but he is right there around Burns. Chinn is as atrocious in coverage as Burns is in the run game.
  7. Schedule looks like this: Seattle L- revenge game from last year. MINNESOTA ?- Could go either way TBH Detroit L-revenge ass beating from last year. Miami L- ass beating Bye Week (probably still find a way to lose). TEXANS W-Maybe, probably close either way COLTS W- Could lose, but see Frank winning against old team. Bears W- Probably only team worse than us regardless of DJ Moore. COWBOYS L- Don't even watch it. Titans ?- Final score will be 8 to 5. Who wins is up in the air. Bucs L- Baker revenge game. Saints W- That one game of the year we go off for no reason. FALCONS W- Carrying over momentum from Saints just to keep the tiniest playoff hopes barely alive. PACKERS L- Heart breaking loss on some bullshit call because the NFL hates us. Jaguars L- Make other plans. BUCS ?- Both teams are so beat up by this point either could win.
  8. Vikings is the closest chance we have until the Texans and thats unlikely. I feel like Minnesota is going to sort their poo out this week and be trending up when we play them.
  9. Could have swore I just looked at it earlier and Bryce young was in the 40s. I know he’s a rookie but don’t need media protecting him.
  10. I think I’m the only OL fanatic on the board but from what I could tell it looked like Mays was was getting beat most of the night. I seen at least 2 plays where he was supposed to block down to the backer and got pushed outside leaving the gap open and blowing up the play. PFF isn’t out yet I don’t think and I haven’t rewatched the game but he didn’t look good.
  11. Only reason I was against retaining Wilks was because I thought we were getting somebody like a Steichen. When it was announced that Reich was the coach I immediately missed Wilks. We probably wouldn’t have traded up, and he’ll may have even still had Darnold at QB but we would be running the ball down people’s throats the entire game and not this soft ass spread offense.
  12. Again, not wishing anyone bad luck but that’s why I would love to see Dalton for a couple of games, because we know what he is. Would be easy to tell if it’s the coaching, the play calling, the QB execution, or the talent.
  13. If he sold the team I imagine he would have to sell Charlotte FC too or work out a deal or something on playing there. That could raise a stink about the playing surface though. Idk sounds messy. I don’t see him selling. One day, decades from now when he passes Nicole and her new husband will run it or sell it.
  14. Yeah I think it’s something like that. Somebody during the preseason (maybe Ellis? Maybe somebody else?) said that Reich calls multiple plays and then there are hand signals to Bryce on which one becomes primary, then he can check out of it if he sees something.
  15. Social media says they are all rockstars and we are a great team and treats the players like A-list celebrities and then the fanbase gets confused when they get their ass whipped.
  16. Yeah WRs are bad. The ghost of Adam Thielen is our best weapon apparently.
  17. John Fox would coach circles around Frank Reich. John Fox is probably better at calling an offense than Reich and he never coached that side of the ball.
  18. I would rather give it to what’s left of Don Capers. He was a better HC than Reich anyways and it would allow Evero to focus on the defense, and would prevent his reputation from being destroyed by this season.
  19. Pretty much. If Dalton has to come in to throw a hail mary this season I’m gonna die of laughter and agony at the same moment.
  20. I’m past the same value, id be fine with a 1st rounder and a pair of crocs.
  21. I don’t wish anything bad on anybody. But I almost wish we could see Dalton for a couple of games to see if A) it’s rookie growing pains B) the play calling is limiting his shots down field or C) the coaching staff is mentally stagnant.
  22. Possibly his last year here. Would have been his last year this year without the pay cut. Maybe he can return on a super cheap deal. Likely can’t pay him and Frankie.
  23. Just trade him so I have a 1st round pick to look forward to in April.
