I know we're all excited around here at the moment, but just making the playoffs would be a significant success. 

That said, having Tremble and Thomas in on sets will help, as well as getting CMC back, who is a very good blocking RB. But it's just polishing a turd for this season.

If you think about it, we just got a first round corner for a third round pick. Can't beat that, especially given that CJ was only drafted last year.

I don't think point 2 is necessarily true. We have two first round corners on rookie deals, so why not extend our other CB1 caliber corner?

If Darnold plays the way he's playing now all year long, then I don't think there's any way we can keep him from being hired as a HC somewhere. But if I'm left with the option of only keeping one of Brady or Snow, then lemme have the Snowman.

Gives us a few weeks to run the offense without him and get creative. Then hopefully he'll be back in there when we hit the real meat of our schedule down the stretch. The best RB in the league is one helluva cavalry.
