  1. Absolutely cackling at the fact that you thought what was best for the 2015 team was to fire the head coach after winning 13 straight games. You might just have a pessimism fetish lmao.
  2. We will get that love if they perform well against Dallas.
  3. Would you care about if some random QB on a team you don't care about did well on a Thursday night after his RB got hurt?
  4. I mean, from a neutral perspective there wasn't really anything that noteworthy coming out of the game, other than CMC's injury, and Davis Mill's debut. Other than that, it's just stuff that Panthers or Texans fans care about.
  5. Bumping this to say that if it weren’t for Joey MF Slye I would’ve been spot on with the score line.
  6. Be bold and predict a Texans win why don't ya.
  7. 24-10 Panthers. We jump out early and take our foot off the gas, scoring 0 points in the 2nd and 3rd quarter. Texans score in the 4th to make it nervy but we notch another TD to ice it.
  8. And those criticisms would not be unfounded. There's a reason everyone expects the Panthers to gather several wins from the first part of the schedule, and that's because for the most part, we are playing bad teams to start. And given that Darnold is our QB, every break that goes our way is going to be used as a reason that we're not a legit team.
  9. The change from cocky smirks to being stone-faced is *chef's kiss*
  10. Let's cool the jets a little bit lol. Way too early to tell. Remember when Kyle Allen went 4-0 in his first four games? That didn't turn out too well.
  11. How about you focus on your own internal locus of control and not get so worked up about fans complaining that they feel the media is underrating their team.
  12. I've been a Panthers fan for too long to start licking my chops at the idea of a backup starting against us. That game vs. the Cowboys when Tony Romo started for the first time and lit us up still lingers in the memory.
  13. https://www.sportingnews.com/us/nfl/news/nfl-power-rankings-49ers-cowboys-broncos-steelers-seahawks-saints/9qfapkyllfjx1nx3xuaxh1f1e Ranked 20th in this one (note: the Broncos, who are also 2-0, are ranked one spot below us). From the article: It's hard to get a good read on the Panthers after the Jets and Saints made a lot of mistakes in the matchups against them and Sam Darnold simply did what he needed playing off Christian McCaffrey and the aggressive young defense. But that does look like a pretty good formula for wild card-targeted success.
  14. I mean this is the type of game football is. If we convert those chances early in the game and win comfortably no one would be talking about questioning Rhule and Brady. Just like how a quarterback is only as good as his kicker, so too is play calling only as good as its execution. I find no issue with what Rhule is saying here.
  15. They don't have breezy anymore and all that saints love from the media has to go somewhere.
  16. Falcons and Saints losing today would feel great.
  17. We should absolutely not lose to this team. But we all know that we'll make it interesting still.
  18. I'm pretty sure his job description is just to say off the wall nonsense to get people to tune to watch his co-host(s) tear him a new one. Also what's up with his eyes in the thumbnail?
  19. Currently imagining the Panthers having both the OPOY and DPOY and I'm trying really hard to temper my expectations.
